Tyler Engh is always punctual, personal, professional, and works around our facility production schedule. He has always solved any problems or issues that we have had at our facility. By far, the best pest control rep in the business and he has given us the confidence and assurance at our facility (UCR) and continues to do so.

Travis was professional, skilled, and thorough. He always does a great job. Since using Bulwark, I rarely (if ever) notice bugs getting into the home, where it was a problem before.

Great! Bryan Lords was the tech this time and he texted pictures to prove that he came by and sprayed the yard. Which is so nice because by the time we get home there is no evidence that anything was sprayed. It is also nice to know when he comes. And he was so polite and professional about it. Just one thing that might be improved on is if we could know a day or two ahead of time that someone is coming, then we could make sure the dogs don't go into the backyard while the tech is there or while the spray is wet, since they have a dog door. Thanks for doing a great job!

Came out many times with no extra charge until the problem was eliminated. Once it was going to be a while to get a tech out, I asked if there was a waiting list and they said no, but they did then call me the next day to arrange a much sooner appointment - glad they paid attention to who was on the schedule they could move up!

Great! Robert Carpenter has came out three times now and he is always extremely friendly and helpful, he answers all the questions you have and also gives you tips. He actually encourages you to ask any questions you have and is always awesome! I followed him around and ask every question I could think of and he always answers! THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE DONE! Robert is the best!

Tyler is always so happy and helpful. He’s always willing to take time to answer all of my questions and he goes out of his way to make sure I don’t have to worry about any unwelcome “guests” in my house. He sprays a little extra when he notices heavy bug activity in the neighborhood, and no eave, nook, or cranny goes unchecked for wasps nests when he comes out.

We have had Bulwark treating our property for a few years. We couldn’t have spoken any higher of our regular serviceman, but he moved on. We had a couple rotate through after that who were fine, but I figured we were done with that level of kind professionalism. Bryan Lords has ended the mediocre streak! He’s been attentive, punctual, pleasant and professional. I hope he serves this area for a long time to come!

Bryan Lord was the gentleman who sprayed for us. He is very friendly. He let's us know when he arrives and he does a very thorough job! He also remind us that if we need anything further, to contact the company, and he will gladly return.

Tyler and the rest of the crew at Bulwark do a great job, always offering to come back anytime if we see anything that moves, but we've only done that once, I think. They are always friendly, and give us a heads up by e-mail when it's time for a house call.
