Carrick A. was actually early but called first to make sure it was okay for him to show up early. Carrick was professional and explained each part of the service to make sure I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. Carrick did a great job and was professional and efficient.

Our tech is Carrick and he does a great job. We had him come today in between normal visits because we saw a couple spiders inside. He was on time and sprayed not only the inside but the whole exterior of the house as well. No extra charge. It's part of their plan to come out whenever is necessary. He also knocked out 5 wasps nests that were starting and he removed a dead mouse that had fallen in our window well and died. He actually climbed down in the window well and removed the dead mouse. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Great work done by Technician Travis Raff. He was on time,professional, courteous and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the pests in the area. He was very helpful in suggesting remedies for a recent mouse issue due to the large amount of construction in the area. He treated the perimeter of the home and the the perimeter of the rear yard. He also spread granules in the rear yard to draw pests away from the home. Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude displayed by Travis bode well for him and Bulwark. Very pleased with the service I receive from Bulwark.

Carrick A. and Jake E. found and removed 8 wasp nests and sprayed for crawling bugs around the outside of the house. They were extremely friendly and made sure that I knew what they were doing and made sure if I had any issues to contact them.

Travis R. Arrived when indicated. Service explanatory and greeting was enjoyable.

David K was my tech for this last visit and he did a great job asking me about what I needed done and he also followed up and let me know what he saw and what he treated for. A lot of service people don't do the follow up at the end and I really liked that. It was nice to get some feedback about their observations and what they treated for.

We just moved into a new house Bulwark Exterminating came by to offer service. We had them come even though our yard is not done. We have had several peat companies in our previous home. This was the most thorough and affordable service we have had. The get into the outlets and under sinks as bugs travel on wires and pipes. (I had no idea!) The initial appointment was $149. Recurring appointments are $129. They come quarterly and service in between if the need arises. Travis was awesome!

It was great! Travis R. was very polite and thorough. He asked about the problem and treated the problem areas. He even suggested to put pellets outside. It was a great experience!

Spencer answered all our questions and stated how Bulwark does pest control differently. Travis was wonderful to explain what he was doing and answered my questions about future services and should we find any critters in the next week. So far in really pleased with their service!

Travis R. with Bulwark does such a good job. He is by far the friendliest, most outgoing guy, (from Bulwark or even some of their competitors) a pleasure to interface with, does a great job at what he does, and provides the awesome service/product that Bulwark can offer. He really knows his stuff, if you are on the fence about signing up with Bulwark, do it! I've used them for just about 2.5 years now, and couldn't be more pleased. They are great company, and have great customer service, and their product works. Attached is a pic of what the outside of my house looks like before Travis works his magic.

Travis, the technician was very nice and answered my questions. He explained what he will be doing and made sure to check in when everything was completed. He also mentioned what to do if we noticed pests in or around our house and assured me that it would be taken care of.

Travis was our tech today and he was AWESOME! He was fast and explained things really well. He was very courteous and patient with our dog's barking and was respectful of our home/privacy. Would love to have Travis service our home again.
