Bulwark Exterminating- Utah

Appointment went great today. I recently signed up for services and this was the first appointment. Happy so far will keep you posted. Hopi g for many dead critters. Jake was our technician.

Travis was prompt and professional and answered questions that we had.

We've been using Bulwark for about a year now. Kenny H. came out the other day to handle the service this month and he was the best yet. Very friendly and professional and he went above and beyond what any of the others have done so far. Great work Kenny! I hope you come back the next time for our service.

Travis did an amazing job. He was very professional and completed the work quickly. He answered my questions and made sure I had all of the needed information.

Travis has been very good with communicating when he will be at our home for spraying and then goes into detail about what was done. I had a very hard time getting ahold of the office as the numbers I had didn't work or nobody would answer nor return messages. I reached out to Travis and he coordinated the visit. Very impressed with Travis. The office staff not so much.

Kenny did a great job and was very thorough. I wanted to see if he could do the inside and outside on the one visit but was limited on time. Instead of hurrying through both, he suggested that he come back and take the time to do it right.

Great. Kenny H at (801) 921-0478 was very friendly, knowledgable and informative. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions about the pesky bugs.

Travis did a great job treating our house. We have dogs and in the past, people have left our gates open in the back yard. Travis ensured the gates were closed.

Anthony applied the seasonal pesticides. In addition he treated the interior of the garages having been shown an accumulation of spider webs. I also pointed out a problem with sugar ants in the seams of the driveway near the garage and Anthony applied an appropriate pesticide in the joints of the concrete. Anthony is very knowledgeable and professional in his work. Would hope to see him again.

It went great! Like always, Travis Raff was very punctual and he came by to ask if there were any concerns I had. Since the last visit, I had notice a couple of small spiders inside the house, so I let him know and he mentioned he would take care of it to prevent it in the future. I'm really happy I have this service! Travis is great.

Kenny H was great. He went above and beyond. We had found several black widow and other spiders before his arrival. He addressed the spiders, but also took care of the ants and the wasps that we were unaware of. He was great. We hope to have him back for the next visit.

I've had Bulwark cover my pest control for a few years now. They come out quarterly to respray a perimeter, and if I see any creatures in the meantime they will come out and respray for free. Noah M came today and was courteous and efficient, closing all gates behind him. Highly recommend!
