Kenny did a fantastic job of providing our home protection against different pests. Not only did he do a thorough job with the sprays, he also spent extra time making sure that there were no danger areas where infestations are common. He also went out of his way to explain one minor concern that he had and what to look out for in case a problem develops in the future. We would highly recommend Kenny and Bulwark to anyone.

They were friendly and professional.

Travis Raff notified us by text when he would be here. He talked briefly with my husband about any concerns he might have before starting his routine. After he completed, he came back and talked with my husband about what he had observed and summarized what he had done. He left his information and a receipt. Shortly, we received a text clarifying what he had done and why. He’s in charge of our area and wants to make sure we are taken care of. We really do appreciate his efforts to do his job well and keep us informed. Besides be very committed, He is very knowledgeable about the products he uses and friendly in his communication with us. We have confidence that Travis will do a good job for us.

Service by Technician Kenneth Hjorth was excellent as is usual by any of the Bulwark Exterminating personnel. Kenneth arrived at the very beginning of the three hour appointment window and was prepared to work. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to address any pest control issues I might have had. The treatment was done expeditiously and as an extra service he also treated the decorative stonework. A job well done.

Travis and Kenny came and sprayed our house for bugs. They went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t having any issues and they were so kind!! They also set traps around our house to help with any mice we may have. We really never see bugs and have loved Bulwarks service.
