Kenny was working on my neighbor's house and I called to see if he could come as soon as he was through. The girl from the office called him and he came over as soon as he was through with their house. He was very nice, very professional and respectful. He even had treats for the dog!

I live in a new development in Hideout, UT. With constant construction and landscaping work around us, all of God's creatures are having their natural habitats disturbed. As a result, we've had mice, carpenter ants and numerous other pests try to join us in our new home. Bulwark came door-to-door soliciting customers one day, which made me slightly skeptical, but the price seemed reasonable and the rep was informative and polite, so I thought I'd give them a try. They've been out twice now and their treatments definitely seem to be helping. Kyle M. was out today to treat the carpenter ants; he was incredibly respectful, conscientious and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, found the issues and quickly addressed them.

I noticed some vole holes in my front yard and called Bulwark right away. The service rep helped me get scheduled asap. 2 days before my appointment I noticed a bulwark truck at my neighbors house and stopped Kenny, the technician, to ask him if he had any poison in his truck that he could possibly drop in there after he finished my neighbors house. He was more than willing to take time out of his schedule to come setup some vole boxes, give me advice for things to look for, and also advised that he would follow up with the assigned technician coming on my scheduled appointment date. His willingness and information were incredibly comforting and I greatly appreciate him going out of his way to help me out. Thank you Kenny!

The technician, Jacob Ellis, arrived early with the time period and explained what he was going to do during this visit. He was very professional, polite, well groomed, and ready to get to work. He inquired if there were any pest issues since the last treatment. He treated the home as expected for the pests that were expected to possibly appear during this season. The treatment was done in a timely manner and he contacted me upon the completion of the service. Great service as usual.

Jake and Nash took care of my gophers, sprayed for bugs and also knocked down some wasp nests without us even knowing we had wasps. Would recommend to others!

As always, the tech that I have had since day 1 ( Rob Carpenter ) is an expert at what he does. I have made it clear that he is the only one I want to do the services at my house and that is how it has been. Rob is very very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. I do hope that bulwark is using Rob as a template for training new technicians, it isn't just his ability to do his trade at an expert level, it's the way he can relate to his customer at an individual level. That is more priceless than your expertise at your job. thank you Rob for being the cut above that you are.
