Bulwark Exterminating- Utah

Within the past year, Aloha Pest Exterminators had to sell their business for personal reasons and were bought out by Bulwark Exterminating...I was very happy to learn that one of my favorite technicians, Allen, was still on the payroll and making the rounds! He is one of the best, most personable people I have had the pleasure to know, and is both thorough and super polite. I had always loved Aloha's work - prompt, polite, courteous, and respectful...and Allen has brought those qualities to Bulwark. It was a real surprise to see him again and I am happy that Bulwark kept him on as their technician. It's rare that you find a company that considers their employees as being value-added and because Bulwark appears to - we have renewed our contract with them and we will always ask for Allen to come to our home for the job.

Payson is always a great rep! Always very thoughtful and thorough. Have seen hardly any pests and for that we’re grateful!

Have been a customer for 3 years and just received the best service yet. Nick and Jake. Went above and beyond. They swept up cobwebs, sprayed for noticed types of bugs. Even set up pest traps as well.

Kenny is always excellent. Super efficient, super friendly, and we have had a fantastic experience with him.

Enoch was great! He was at our house when he told us he would be there. He let us know when he was finished and explained what he had done for us.

Nick always does a great job when he comes. He professional and does the job correctly and quickly. He noticed we didn’t have bait boxes and put them out without.

Kyle was our Tech today and he did awesome! He was very thorough and asked several times if there was anything else. He came into the house for me and sprayed a few areas. He was kind and enjoyable. I feel he did a great job!

I love Enoch, and I love this company, they always do such a great job.

I had a bi-monthly pest control treatment scheduled for between the 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Technician Payson texted at 2:00 pm and asked if he could arrive earlier as he was in the area. He arrived shortly after 2 pm and was prepared to work even in the inclement weather. I told him we had not had any issues in the house and had no rodent issues outside. Payson swapped the outside area for spiders/wasps webs and nests. He then applied the appropriate products to keep bugs out of the home. I also asked him to treat the patio deck which he did without hesitation. Payson was very polite, professional, and conducted the treatment in a very timely manner. We've have used Bulwark since we purchased the home in 2020 and have been very pleased with the service completed by all the technicians. Thank you Payson.

Payson has been servicing my home since July. Every time he arrives, he has a smile and is super friendly. Before he leaves, he makes sure all my problems are addressed and is very informative of what treatments he did. He also follows up on previous treatments and makes sure I am happy with the service before leaving. Bulwark is extremely responsive and on-time! I highly recommend.

Bulwark has been treating my home for the last year or so and I've always been really impressed by their product and service. Jalen showed up right on time today and walked me through what he was going to do, as always, and left everything in order after leaving. Definitely planning on continuing to use them for all things pests.

Today was the 2nd service we’ve had. Bryan Lords was our technician and straight away he was courteous & informative. I wasn’t planning on having them spray inside, but since I happened to be home I asked if he could since with the initial treatment we didn’t get the lower level sprayed. He immediately confirmed he could take care of it and he set to work. He made me feel at ease with his cheerful chatter upon entering the room I was in. And he didn’t seem to mind the barking from my dogs sequestered in another room, so that was nice as well.

Bulwark always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm happy! I have been with them for 4 years or more and I have only seen 2 spiders in my house! When I let them know they are prompt about getting out here and keeping me happy! I am extremely picky so pleasing me is hard to do! Kyle did a great job for me today! He literally went above and beyond today making sure I was satisfied! Thanks Kyle!!!

Anyone that can help me with rodents gets an automatic yes. These guys come out regularly and are always nice, professional and super helpful. Would totally recommend.

Payson came and sprayed for us and did such a good job! He even set out some mouse traps for us since our neighbors have had some issues with mice recently. He was very thorough and took good care of us. We are one of the only people in our neighborhood with no rodent problem and all thanks to Bulwark! Would highly recommend this company!

Payson came out to perform our quarterly treatment. He did a great job at remembering areas around our home that we needed past treatments and checked the status on all those areas along with performing the routine treatment. He's always been pleasant to talk with and takes time to understand our areas of possible concern. We're glad he is our exterminating expert!

Nick was very good with my pest treatment yesterday. He explained about how the chemicals were safe for pets when they had dried, and that it is important to treat at this time of year when critters from outside are seeking warmer environments inside. Thanks Nick .

Enoch came to do our scheduled maintenance and was quick, efficient, and respectful while in our yard. He let me know what they had done and was observant and took care of what we had wanted. We always have a goof experience with Bulwark!
