+ -1 moreHe was careful to explain what he was doing, allowed me to choose which slats needed replacement, had enough helpers to be efficient, called me each day about what was to transpire, made the replacement railings better secured than before. He showed me the process of spreading the sealing material. He called me back 6 months after completion to see that no leakage had occurred through the winter (It hadn't).
Description of Work: Remove worn out carpet and wood railings and moldings from covered balcony, custom making of 10 new slats at his own shop, painting these as well as moldings. He evaluated and put on new skin over prior one, sealing skin and moldings, preparing to have new carpet put on. He caulked and put back railings and slats, raising them so snow could be pushed out underneath.
