Bradshaw Appraisal Service did an excellent, professional retrospective appraisal on my SLC rental property. Cal provided excellent communication throughout the process, did everything exactly on-time or he would communicate changes to the timeline before the deadline and with sound reasoning. Everything was to my benefit. I am very pleased with the timing of the work and the overall appraisal.
