+ -1 moreI had to keep calling them. I went a month without heat, my pipes froze, I got sick. There is now damage to my home. They only came out here because I threatened to have someone else out.
Description of Work: I had them repair my furnace.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt and gave personal attention. They really made me feel like a valued customer. They also, were very knowledgeable about their work, and they cleaned up after themselves and disposed of old parts.
Description of Work: They repaired the blower motor in my central air unit. It was under warranty, but I paid a 75 deductible.
