 + -1 moreTook an hour and a half to get here. They sent two technicians in two separate trucks. They took an hour to make a new key. The bill was $295 with no itemization at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

 + -1 moreSomeone broke into our daughter's condo that she bought in SLC; the break-in occurred between the closing on the condo and her getting the keys! Fortunately, someone recommended [*** Link removed ***] Randy came out promptly and helped us identify all security vulnerabilities in my daughter's condo and then he re-keyed, changed locks, secured sliding doors, and made my daughter (and her Mom and Dad) feel more secure and safe! Randy was knowledgeable and an expert and honest. I would highly recommend!

 + -1 moreThey moved a few things in front of my front door. They brought in the safe and installed it where I wanted it to go. Not a scratch on or in my home ANY WHERE nor a scratch on my safe! They put everything that was moved back into place. I will be using their service again. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES!! Thanks I now have not only a Locksmith that I can count on I also have someone who can move my 900lb safe! Called late morning and by 2:30pm the safe was installed and all my things were put back into place. THANKS TO ONE GREAT COMPANY FOR GREAT WORK!! AWESOME to know who I will call in the future when I need any kind of lock or safe help. Again THANK YOU FOR HOLDING YOUR BUSSINESS IN SUCH HIGH STANARDS.
Description of Work: I bought a Liberty Safe A Big Boy safe. When we got it home it would not fit through our passage way. I thought I would have to take it back and get a smaller one. I didnt look on Angies list for help. I got their information off of a web search. I have to say I was AMAZED I called and Justin who took my information and gave me a bid. Not ONLY did I NOT pay the cost I was told it would be! I saved $115.00. If you need a safe moved, installed or just need a lock changed. I would tell you to call this company! Not a scratch any where in or on my home or safe. They treated me with professional kindness. From my phone call about 11:00 am they said they could help me between 1:00 - 2:00. They called me twice keeping me informed on how long they were from my home. What service! I would tell anyone I know to go through this company!!! I will again. Much better service then I could hope for. They treated my home and safe as if it were theirs. Thanks to all the crew. Jim and Roy were wonderful and they didnt scratch a thing.

 + 0 moreWe just bought a new house that had been a foreclosure property and my wife was feeling unsafe with the 2 entry doors and not knowing who had a key for them. I called Bobs and they sent a technician out quickly who was very professional and knowledgeable. After walking through the house with him I realized I need to change more than just the 2 locks, it ended up being 6 doors with deadbolts too, I was panicked to think what this might cost me, the tech said he would take care of the locks and make sure my the house was securely locked up. He not only changed all the locks for me but made a few extra keys for me. And when it came time for my bill I was pleasantly surprised to see it was $40 cheaper than any of the other companies we called.
Description of Work: Changed all the door and dead bolt locks on our new home.
