Very responsive, even on black Friday. Upgraded everything to code and were very friendly and informative.

Really well - the new outlets are great. The quality is amazing.

These guys are pros. They give you a call to let you know they'll be there in 20 minutes, you're never left waiting around. They put the covers over their shoes to make sure they don't track dirt into your house. I've used them twice and both experiences were top notch.

Black Diamond provides excellent service! I had furnace, heat pump, and water heater installed in a condo. Chris Sullivan provided the estimate, and arranged the crane and other activities with the HOA. Justin and team installed everything in adverse conditions due to on-going remodeling efforts and they were great sports. Chris also procured a plumber, Corbyn, in 45 minutes to put a gas cap on the line to a dryer while I was in the midst of moving. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and polite. Highly recommend this company!

Leaving reviews is not my favorite thing to do, so I don't usually take the time to write them. I am making an exception because of the level of service that I received from Black Diamond Electric Plumbing Heating & Air. More specifically, Jerik. I had an emergency situation where there was so much water leaking that it was flooding my lawn. Jerik arrived at my house in under 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation and determined that it was a problem with my stop waste valve. My house is older and we discussed the main line into the house. It hasn't been replaced in more than 20 years. He said that if my line was galvanized steel (not good), that it was possible that working on the stop waste valve could damage the main water line. When they started working on it, it started stripping the main line because it was galvanized steel and was in very poor condition. Jerik kept me statused all along the way and explained things so that I understood everything. I made the decision to also replace the main water line. They were fast and made sure that everything was cleaned up an put back the way that it was when they arrived. Jerik checked the job that evening and came back the next day to test the sprinklers. There was still a small leak. He got the crew out within a few hours to fix the problem. Jerik is coming back out today to re-test. Black Diamond has been professional and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Black Diamond. If Jerik is involved bonus for you!

Very well. Brett Boshard came from Black Diamond. I was sent a text as to his arrival time and after arriving on time, worked quickly and professionally even though it was a tricky problem. He fixed the problem and recommended I install a surge protector (the likely cause of the problem was a surge) which he was able to do on the spot after I requested it.

They arrived on time today and advised that my water heater was really too old to have the flush and tune up. He stated since it was as old as it is, he didn't want to risk causing a leak by doing the flush. I felt he was very honest, informative and I would highly recommend him to others. I contacted Angie's List for my big deal refund.

He later sent me an estimate of recommendations as I will be renting the property but the Property Manager did not approve at this moment in time.
