Description of Work: I had three small problems (two boxes without power and one with a gfi that kept tripping). All were fixed. A few days later the gfi problem came back. One technician spent about four hours troubleshooting but couldn't resolve it. The next day four technicians arrived and had it fixed in about an hour. The problem was basically due to 75-year old wiring. I'll probably have my house rewired and will definitely call Black Diamond.

When I came home I discovered they didn't leave an invoice of the pricing and work that had been done. Naturally, I was upset so I sent them an email about this issue. They immediately replied and remedied the situation. I will use this company again in the future as this is the second time I have used them and they have always done great work and responded quickly to any issues I have had.

Description of Work: Home electrical check up. Very well. I don't have yhe exact date of the service.

Description of Work: They moved the utility box several times. They also put a wire through the attic and put an electrical box out front of my house.

Description of Work: they looked at my problem and told me that is wasn't a problem. But if later it was a problem later, the gave me a price for it. They didn't push something I didn't need at this time.

Description of Work: remove existing light fixtures then put in 13 recessed led lights. They created a new 3 way light switch. They did a very good job, they were friendly and well mannered.

Description of Work: The Black Diamond Rep showed up promptly, examined my meter box and explained why it needed to be replaced. His reasoning was sound and professional, he expertly led me through the steps so I could understand. He quoted a price of $2200 because the meter is outside on the north, exposed to the elements. There are other companies offering cheaper deals, but when you research, you will find that an indoors meter is less expensive.

Description of Work: replaced 150 amp service box (old FPE). Added GFI to kitchen, junction box, cleaned up a light fixture.

Description of Work: They rewired the kitchen, put in a new electrical box in the basement and wired the garage for a new garage door opener, they also fixed a few things that were not on the list. They still have to come back and finish up, after the cabinets are hung and the appliances are in.

Description of Work: He was very nice and explained to me that I needed a whole new panel. The price for that though was more than I could pay.

Description of Work: They were good, they was a problem with the outlet downstairs after they replaced the panel. Turned out it wasn't their fault but they came out first thing the next day and fixed it free of charge.

Description of Work: Diagnostics of "Floating Neutral" which was the conclusion the appliance repairman from Sears reached. Jared found that Washer/Dryer was improperly grounded, but that did not fix the problem. Jared discovered that dryer circuit receptacle was faulty and replaced it. He was very skilled, smart and personable. He pursued every avenue and tested until everything worked perfectly.
