Description of Work: Installed 5 flush mount lights and removed old ones. Quick, clean and professional. Friendly and did their best to save me $$.

Then they tried to sell us the deal of the week, a new electrical box, for $1200.00. All we needed was one line repaired to our garage! We said "No Thank You", but had to pay the $250 diagnostic fee, even though he didn't really diagnose anything. | | | | |

Description of Work: Came out on a Sunday to fix our furnace. They were prompt, courteous, and great to deal with. I'll definitely be using their services agagain.

Description of Work: This was just an electrical inspection, which went well and I got the information I needed out of it. My only complaint is that he disconnected our smoke detector to check it for functionality, and forgot to put it back, so I had to go back and reconnect it and put it back.

Description of Work: A whole house electrical inspection. Checked fuse box. Checked sockets randomly. Seemed like the "special" was designed to encourage customers to replace all outlets over a certain age. Recommended a work around for the outside electrical box that actually would not pass city inspection. I will not be calling on this company in the future.

Description of Work: He inspected a few things, but definitely not the whole house or furnace. He insulted my housekeeping, too. Had an attitude, and seemed to be annoyed to be here, found out later my home is only blocks from his business, so it wasn't like it was out of the way or anything. |Not sure about the date of service.

Description of Work: The inspected some of the wiring, where I had problems and put in another wire (100 amp) where there was not sufficient carrying power (had a 50 amp wire for a 100 amp breaker). They also fixed some other wiring problems and replaced....Were very good help and finished everything of concern, though they had to return to finish (not enough time). They were very professional and pleasant and helpful. It was expensive, but reasonable for what was done.

Description of Work: A service technician came to troubleshoot a problem. He was prompt and thorough.

Description of Work: Repaired telephone line wiring/connections. Charges seem excessive for the minor repair performed (< 30 minutes spent on-site). Service charge for evaluation of problem/estimate of repair effort was understood, up-front. But typically, such service charges are waived when vendor is paid for completing the job. Service charge was assessed in addition to repair charge.

Description of Work: Service was prompt and efficient. Cost was a bit steep considering the problem was dust and dirt collecting in an outdoor light socket. Socket was cleaned out, and the electric eye covered and the light worked fine. $159.00 which was after a $39.00 reduction for service call, and $35.00 further reduction for being an Angie's List customer. Apparently I have very expensive dirt!
