Description of Work: A fellow came out. I needed a phone line installed for an extension and some other work done including some replacement of outlets and a complete set up of my old radio, DVD, CD system. They didn't charge me. The first thing he said was, "I'm not sure we can put in the telephone line and we don't have the necessary cables to hook up the TV, radio, DVD and CD system--so I won't charge you with the visit." Frankly I was really frustrated and didn't know what to do then.....so,I still haven't resolved the issues and continue to find a friend that might make a recommendation.

Thank you for the feedback. We looked in our records and did find a visit to the customers home in 2014, so we are not sure why this review just came up in 2016. I apologize that we were not able to complete the work you requested. We typically do not stock the types of cables that we would need to hook up a older DVD player or CD player, we typically stock the HDMI cables that are used for current systems. We also do not typically install and connect older systems because we are not setup for that, so I am guessing that is why the tech did not offer to take care of that service for you. As for the phone line, and outlets, not sure why the tech did not offer a solution for those projects, and we will review this with him and get it addressed. Our scheduler should have let you know that before scheduling the appointment, and we apologize for that on our end. Thank You,

Description of Work: Overall they were great to work with. Showed up on schedule and were able to start work that day. They spent nearly two full days working on my projects and were very professional and knowledgeable. One small problem occurred about a month after installation for some undercounter lighting with it coming loose and they came right out and tacked it up differently without hesitation. Great service!
