We have several contractors providing services and these folks are by far among the most professional. They arrived on time for each scheduled appointment, were very professional and competent and did excellent work. It was a pleasure to have Forrest in our home providing. the services contracted.

Price was a bit high, but the work was done well. If I remember right, several reviews noted price is a bit higher than others. However, the guys were knowledgeable about the components and overall work was done well. They did show when they said they would which is nice.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. No complaints at all except the price was a bit high compared to other providers I have used in the past. I was willing to pay a bit more though to get prompt and professional service.

Very well. They showed up on time, completed it quickly, and overall we were very pleased.

I called to have them install a 110 outlet behind my stove where there was only a 220 outlet. They were prompt and the price was very reasonable. He quoted me the price and had it done in under an hour. Then I had them change a GFI outlet outside. Then, I was comfortable with their work so I had them give me a quote to run power to our door shed/shop. This price, too, was reasonable so I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They showed up and did the work exactly as promised. Wrote one check for the all the work after the shed power install. Gave me an Angie's list discount too.

It went really smooth. They were able to complete the job in a couple of hours. They warranty their work and were very professional.

A receptionist answered the phones and set appointments, called to confirm appt the day bfr or day of, (can't remember) and Jared arrived on time. He was nice, he knew his trade and he was finished in a timely manner. They were a little spendy but I'd rather pay once and get good service then have to pay twice and waste my time getting it fixed twice! I really appreciate a company who does business in a professional manner, ie; answers the phone, schedules appts, is on time for appts and knows what they are doing! Thanks Black Diamond.

I had Black Diamond do two separate jobs in the last week. The first was installing a 70 amp subpanel in my detached stable off of my house service panel. An unintended consequence of that job (due to mislabelling in the house panel by a previous owner/electrician) was that I now needed a new 50 amp subpanel in my attic to power two heat pumps upstairs. Two different crews did the two projects and both were on time, did quality work in a reasonable timeframe and left the job site as clean as it was or cleaner than when they arrived. While I'm not an electrician, I know enough to recognize quality work and capable people. This company did a great job and i'll use them again and recommend them to others.

The electrician was late. They could've called to let us know that the electriciAn was going to be late. Other than that he did excellent work!!! We will call them again!!!!

The staff have all been professional, and sincerely wanted to work out my initial disappointment with Black Diamond. This am's installation couldn't have gone smoother. Wouldn't change a thing.Would I use Black Diamond again...YES. Because they did what's right, and chose to compensate me for my time, and for my money. You don't find that too often in this day and age...especially in large cities where there is lots of competition.Would I recommend them? YES.

Jeremy did all the work on my new (old) house. The initial appointment was scheduled very quickly. Jeremy was able to give me many options about how to update the electrical in the house. After giving me an estimate, he was able to schedule another appointment very quickly to get the job done. Jeremy worked really hard and had great communication, made sure to tell me all my options. I had to leave midday to go to work and I felt safe with him in my house with my dog! Received a call the very next day to ask if the work had been done to my satisfaction. Overall, a good experience!

Their customer service was good. They got out to the home well and submitted a report to me timely manner of what they found. They even reviewed the report with me over the phone.

The two worked quickly and efficiently, explained what they were doing and what needed to be done. I felt they looked for the most cost-effective and needed solutions. All my outlets are repaired and now safe. A great team!!! Very pleasant to work with.
