It was good. They came about a week later because we had scheduling issues on our end. There were no additional charges. He thoroughly went through everything from the circuit breaker box which is outside in our case, to checking all the outlets in the house. We had a concern because of some issues with the cable company, they said it might be the power. So, it worked out nicely to have this Deal come on at that time. He was very knowledgeable and right on time.There was nothing bad.

They came in, walked around and gave me bids on what needed to be done, which I did not take them up on because their prices were much higher than a handyman that I found. They looked at my breaker box, and a few other things, and I think they counted on me saying what I was having trouble with which I did do, but the prices they quoted to me were very high. I didn't have any problem with the actual service, but my concern would be their regular pricing.

It was great. They came out within a week. There were additional charges because I had added more work. They also gave me a deal on that. It was a major stuff. I had to do two panels and some other stuff. They were fair. They got back to me right away. I called lots of electricians in the area and it took me months to finally find somebody. They were really good to work with.

Jeremy is a very capable electrician. He is very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend him and his company.

The entire experience working with Black Diamond was excellent. I communicated with them through Angie's List email messages. They responded quickly to my initial contact, explaining how they set up appointments and how they charge. We booked the appointment for 2 days later. Jeremy was the employee who came by. He arrived during the appointment time window I had chosen. He was efficient, thorough, careful, friendly, and professional. I recommend this company very highly.

The company was friendly when I spoke with them and scheduled. The electrician did not come at the appointed time, and so I asked for a refund of the payment and went ahead and called someone else. They were very nice to talk to, and offered to reschedule though.

Everything went well. They were able to schedule when I wanted to schedule it. It was very quickly. They met my expectations for availability. They were fine. The guy was great.

They came within the week they were called for service. They did the work and left. I called them a few days later to explain some of the labeling that I did not understand. They explained it clearly. They are a little more expensive than some, but take credit cards, and the electricians are professional--explaining everything in great detail.

After the bid bid it took a while to get started, When electrictions arrived there was some work started in my house that just today I had to finish myself. The long and the short of it is I paid 500.00 for absolutly nothing. After misinforming city about why they were pulling an permit. The city turned down the work. Some how it became my fault and the keep my deposit

Jason was very helpful when he provided us a quote. He gave good advice and I never felt pressured in anyway. He listened attentively and gave me information and suggestion that was pertinent to our situation. When he actually performed the service, he was professional, efficient, and considerate. He was quick and did good work. He did his best to do the least amount of damage to the wall as possible. It was a great service, a great price, and overall just a great experience. I would recommend them without reservation.

Jason did an excellent job. He was professional and efficient. He was able to identify the source of the problem and complete repairs quickly and for the price that he quoted up front. He also gave me a quote for future work that I'm looking to have done. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

Jeremy arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was very knowledgeable and gladly answered any questions we had. We have decided to have Black Diamond do some more extensive electrical work on our home, and Shane gave us a final price for what the work will cost even if they run into unanticipated problems. The price is very reasonable.

The technicians showed up on time, completed the job in less than estimated time, and the quality of work was excellent.

Jason was extremely good to work with. He was efficient and completed the work quickly, while still taking time to explain what he was doing to make sure we were satisfied with the results. We also discussed projects we would like to have done in the future, and he was able to give us great suggestions and estimates of what we could expect to pay. He used quality materials and gave us a warranty on parts and labor. He gave us an estimate before he started and that is what we paid, There were no hidden costs and we received a discount for being Angie's List customers and another discount for having multiple repairs. As always, we are very pleased with the work done by Black Diamond Electric.

He did what he said he would do. The only recommendation he made was that eventually we may need to get a new box outside but that it would be expensive because it had to be done through the city. Originally the guy was scheduled to come on Monday November 3, but he had a tire blow-out on the freeway and we had to reschedule for Wednesday November 5. He came but was a little later than the time period we were told.

He was on time and did everything he was supposed to. He gave us a couple of pointers on how we could get more light into the rooms. We were happy.

Jared came to the house, quickly located the problem causing the breaker box to throw one of the switches. He repaired the problem super quick! Black Diamond has done extensive work in the past and we had a great experience then and I must say this round was no different. They never disappoint and they are very reasonably priced. Thanks again Jared!!!

Jared was here at exactly the agreed upon time. He quickly worked and did the whole inspection in a little over 45 minutes. He did spend another 30 minutes talking to me about other projects I had around the house and gave me a full estimate prior to leaving. He took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction.

We had three new light fixtures and a ceiling fan installed. The ceiling fan was not working, but it was not their fault and I ordered a new one and they came and installed it for free.

The electrician was AWESOME! He inspected everything from the electrical panel, to the outlets, to the outside power supply. He made a few suggestions but said everything on the inside was in good shape maybe a little old but not crucial. When he went outside to check the electrical meter, he pointed out that when our AC unit was installed the installers didn't ground the wire nor did they put a breaker in the panel for the unit. Could be a dangerous situation come summer time. We will get that fixed but everything else was find.

Sent an electrician to walk through our task list and provide estimates on each. He was knowledgable and professional, and carefully explained how their estimates worked and how overages would be handled. A crew showed up with the necessary materials an hour later, and performed all the requested work in a single day (which I did not expect.) The electricians they sent were great-- they were very careful to not leave a mess, and got clearance from me before cutting drywall, etc. One of my frustrations with people is that they usually leave a mess, but not these guys. They cleaned everything up, and even had all the screw heads on the outlets pointing the same way. (Wow! An OCD electrician!) The guy who did the estimate came by at the end of the day and double-checked all the work, and made sure I was completely satisfied before payment. I was very happy with their team, and definitely recommend them.

Lucky me to have found Jason and Black Diamond Electric!!! Jason spent quite a while with me bidding the project and was very patient- I had a lot of wants but am operating on a budget. We talked about different options and scenarios and he explained things to me in a way I understood so I could make the best decision possible. He clearly loves his work and strives to identify customers needs and then meet expectations. I felt so comfortable I decided on the spot which is unlike me....unfortunately I have become a bit jaded and suspicious due to some bad experiences. Nearly all of my bad experiences come from the contractor assuming they know what I want rather than educating me and telling me my options so I can make good decisions. My interaction with Jason was refreshing! Jason made sure he checked with me whenever there was a question of where something should go like the outlets. He's come find me and we would look and decide. That has not been my experience in the past with other electrical contractors. It seems like until today it was "cut lots of jagged ugly holes until and easy way is found then mount it fast and crooked and call it good." That was not the case today, very few holes and the ones that were cut are straight and will be easy to fix. Jason let me know when he would arrive, worked hard the whole day and when he left he cleaned up (even better than before he got here!) He showed me the wiring before he closed up the panel and also explained the heat tape wiring, so now I'm at least a little educated on the workings of my house. I've put off remodeling for a lot of years because I didn't have people I felt I could trust. Beyond the great personality, work ethic and professionalism its just plain nice to have someone in my house that I don't feel sketchy about!!!

He gave me suggestions on things that I need to get done. They were super nice. They were very professional and in and out in probably an hour and a half. They made sure to clean up any mess.
