Jeremy was on time, polite and professional. He also taught me a few things around the house. They honored the Angie's List coupon and thanked me for the business. If I need an electrician in the future, these are the ones I'll call.

My landscape lighting wasn't working and there was a short in the line. Black Diamond found the source of the problem and replaced several of the lights and had my system up and running in short order. The technician arrived on time and he and his co-worker had the work completed in 2 1/2 hours. Both men were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing communication, punctuality, and professionalism! Jeremy was also kind enough to replace a "nightlight/switch" I had purchased from Lowes but was having a tough time wiring it myself so he knocked it out in about 60 seconds at no additional charge!

Mike showed up in the schedule window, and was able to not only get the drain cleared but also handled a leaking tub drain. He was very thorough and went out of his way to help with the tub drain, which wasn't part of the original service call. Will use him again in the future.

Had another company tell me that my house needed to be completely rewired throughout, after they botched installing new can lights which resulted in losing power to various rooms. Black Diamond told me they could fix the problem for $1,000, which they did. Saved me tens of thousands of dollars and hassle. Highly recommend black diamond.

He arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgable. He provided an estimate up front and showed us several options. He had to crawl in the attic and cut sheetrock and ventilate to the outside of our house. The finished product looks great. He got the job done in a few hours and CLEANED UP!

Technician was here within 2 hours of notification and identified a loose fuse as the culprit and repaired it with 15 minutes. Good to go! These guys do a good job!

I was confused and unable to figure out why he couldn't help?? He said something about not having the parts because the 'work order' did not specify the services I'd requested at the time I'd place my order. THey came. We talked. They couldn't help. SO while they were on time etc. when someone cannot do what I requested, I cannot give an 'A' grade for what I wanted done--which is the most important thing when requesting assistance from a service provider.

I can recommend Black Diamond Electric without hesitation. The professionalism and courtesy shown from the time I placed a call this morning, to the completion of the work this afternoon, was excellent. Jason (master electrician), called me ahead to advise of his arrival time. This was so helpful as we have a dog that I needed to kennel before he arrived. The repairs that we needed to have done in order to restore electrical service to our home were fully explained to me. The estimate was fair and the work Jason did was absolutely first-rate. I am so very pleased to have discovered this company and will not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors and to use them again in future. Thank you, Black Diamond for doing such a great job for us.

Amazing! Right after I moved into my home, I had an small electrical surge with a spark when plugging in my new fridge. I found them on Angie's List and they were out within a few days to update a very old, electrical panel, put in the new outlets, and did an amazing job. Because of my work schedule I was not able to be home when they were doing the work. They did an amazing job, and I have had them back a few times to ground more outlets and even add a new outlet in my garage. If you are looking for a good reliable electrician look no further.

Wouldn't you know things like this go out during Holidays when company visiting.....I checked Angies List and saw this local company. When I called, they were immediately ready to help and came out within a few hours. Were able to repair the problem, replace my toilet, (which I admit should have been replaced a long time ago, but, of course, I procrastinated and it waited until a Holiday to go out completely). Two Representatives showed up at the time they said they would be here. They were respectful by putting covers on their shoes. they had it all fixed and gone within an hour and we were back in business, (if you know what I mean). I checked a couple of other places prior and either their prices were $50-$70 higher, or they were on small workforce for the Holiday and couldn't come until Monday. I would call them again.

Bryce was thorough and provided good service. There was a mix-up with the dispatch because they told me the electrician would come between 8-10, and then when I called, they said it was in the system as 9-11. So, other than that mix-up, the service was very good.

Daniel was on time and introduced himself at the door. The company logo was on his shirt. I told him what needed to be done and he got right to work. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to complete each project. We checked to make sure that everything was working. As he was leaving he told me to call back if there were any problems in the future.

Everything was fantastic, they arrived on time for the estimate and actual job. They were helpful with suggestions on how to make improvements. Estimate was right on no extra charges or surprises on the day of service. They were careful to keep our home clean and clean up after themselves.

No communication, had to call and be very forceful to drag a commitment out of them which they did not complete. Was very upset based on previous experience earlier this summer. I hired these people to resolve an issue I could not. I was willing to compensate them (as I did earlier) and the way I was treated was with complete disrespect and disregard. I had to be very forceful and more direct than I like to be. This job which started on a Thursday and could have been resolved on Friday did not get finished until Monday and then again, I had to call and beg (no customer should be required to do this) to just get this DONE!

Service was provided as described in the "Big Deal". No issues.
