Fantastic! Kyle and Josh were both great and the everything looks perfect. They had great suggestions on what we needed and where to place certain things. We would absolutely have these guys continue the work that is needed in our house!

It went very well. On the first call, we actually got a 'live' person (Jason) who indicated he would get back to us within an hour. Jerik showed up at my house within 45 minutes of the call. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue within the first 10 minutes. He flushed out the 'beads' so that we were at least able to use the toilet. We got our quote and the services were done when they said they would be done with the cost that was quoted. Troy came back and completed the job in a very timely manner. i have to say they really brought 'stess relief' when it was needed. They were calm and professional, more than on time, and knew exactly what to do. Although, I did not compare any pricing i was happy with the cost and now I have a brand new toilet and faucet!

Bob (the joker) came over, said my furnace had a crack that he would not inspect it further. He showed it on his camera. That was a TOTAL LIE. They red tagged it and shut us down, we were cold for 2 days. An honest man from Service Experts showed there was NO CRACK but A SCRATCH MADE from Black Diamonds camera they said it was a crack.. So Black Diamond Gave us a rush about us needing a furnace today or we would get carbon monoxide. FEAR TACTICS used over and over in their sales pitch. Like. custom building a unit for us. Chris showed no itemization on what parts were involved in the heater, just a huge price of the heater, and AC all bunched together. IT WAS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! 8,000 just for a bare bones unit. Bob was cracking jokes all the time, totally not related to what we were doing. I guess he thinks personality sells, not to me! Chris showed us offers on his computer for 11,000 grand, way higher than the market. They both pressured us to buy it right now to sign right then. i told them I would not sign now or in the 3 hours they said for me to call back. I would NEVER TO GO BLACK DIAMOND. TODAY IS APRIL 5 2017. Oh and they took a good part of 3 hours to finish their so called inspection and sales pitch. The man Chris was one hour late when his friend "Bob' kept saying that Chris would be there any minute. My husband witnessed all of this he was here with me seeing what they said and did. They would have cost me $11,000 for a furnace and AC that had absolutely no problem in the first place. SHARLATANS, DISHONEST TO THE CORE! RUN AWAY TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO NEVER GET THE BLACK DIAMOND FOR ANYTHING!

Great staff, amazing service, incredibly friendly interactions and discussions about options. Will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable until the issue is fixed. They also make a Herculean effort to slot you into their schedules, to the potential detriment of their off time. I ended up going with these guys over my home warranty service because the insurance company drug their heels on the fix. My tech was Corbyn for the furnace.

Kyle inspected my home and pointed out repairs that need to be completed and the necessity of the repairs. He came back within a week and brought Josh for a half day to help complete the work in one day. They explained the work, answered my questions and suggested other work. Kyle suggested I get a service plan so that I could get my old air conditioner and furnace inspected and repaired, if necessary. He told me about plumbing services offered as well. At the end of the day, Kyle was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the work before he left. The interior and exterior work was of excellent quality.

We knob and tube replaced in our attic. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about Knob & Tube. Bryce was awesome and definitely made a repeat customer of Black Diamond. I'd highly recommend these guys if you're looking to update your electrical.

The technician was very thorough. The technician went through my whole house inside and outside, went over everything with me in depth and wrote up an estimate for wiring repairs and bringing outlets, smoke alarms, electrical box etc up to code. The inspection was well worth the price I paid. I got a good and fair estimate to complete all the electrical in my house and yard. In fact, I have been a little uneasy about prior work done on my furnace and when I told him this, he had the company's furnace man come out to check this for no additional charge. I will be going with this company for future work.

Black Diamond has excellent customer service and communication with clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Bryan and Bryce are so friendly and just the best at what they do. They did an excellent job installing the lights without any damage to drywall (which they warn in advance "could" happen, understandably). That itself is amazing the way the house had been altered above the ceiling in the kitchen, and there was NO ceiling lighting at all in the living room to start with. They measured and advised best location, and then again when stud finder showed there to be wood from an old remodel in the way. After adjusting marks, they totally erased previous marks with a Mr. Clean white sponge, which works great on paint by the way. Absolutely perfect installation! We will be calling on them soon for four more lights in our family room! The men fixing the plumbing issues were great also, going above and beyond when some parts turned out to be defective. I will be calling on Black Diamond again soon also for heating and AC help. Seriously, when you find a good company, it is such a relief to not have to worry about who to call for service. Black Diamond is that kind of "go to" company.

It's been 2 months since this service with zero fishy smell and a furnace that's working fine. We appreciated the crew's professionalism and friendliness. It's also the mark of true pro, in my mind, to be able to say if he or she isn't 100% certain about the cause for something. Caleb talked me through what he'd looked at and how he concluded that the light fixture was the most likely culprit, but he didn't make promises about it. He did, however, test the outlets and check out the other lights in that room to confirm the electrical work had been properly done. His communication around his process has helped us feel confident in the safety of our home. Chase also outlined the pros and cons of our options for addressing the furnace issue and we feel we made a well-informed choice about repairing rather than replacing the furnace. Each of the specialists we worked with on this problem were courteous, professional, and took what we felt to be the right amount of time on the various jobs with no surprise charges.

This charge was for a tune up and flush. I told them and Angie's list person that the pilot light was going out after heating the water. The black diamond sales person came and pointed at the thermostat said it would be $400 to replace and he looked at the installation tag and said it was a 2007 and the water heater was old and it should be replaced. He then tried to sell me a service contract for $200 a year. He then told me about the tankless water heater which was fair enough and i expected that and was willing to consider it but it was too expensive which i told him. He then told me it would be $1299 to replace it with a tanked heater but only 2 year warranty unlike the tankless . He then attached a hose and drained it, which seem senseless if it was going to be replaced. If he did tuning with some chance of it functioning for a while it may have made sense. He did no other work "tuning", just emptied the tank. He then continued trying to sell me the tankless. He then left and asked me to 'take care if it". I told him I paid angie's list. He did nothing except drain it which i could have done myself. It was advertised as a tune up and flush, not 'sales talk and flush. He flushed it but that don't make sense given he just told me it was too old to repair. I can see it is probably good to flush it periodically if one is going to keep it. I can get free quotes. It seemed the tune up and flush was just a excuse to get in and try sell stuff and the 'tune up description of the service was to make it sound like they do something and he emptied it to justify charging for his sales talk.

My furnace quit working right when the temp dropped to the teens. I needed a new pressure switch which had to be ordered. Troy went above and beyond in trying to get the part, giving me space heaters to get through the cold, and fiddling with the furnace to keep it working until the part came in. I will definitely call on them again.

We had an excellent experience with electricians so we used them for furnace and water heater replacement also. Day of install was good, fast work, however the day after the water heater was faulting intermittently due to condensate not draining because the drain line doesn't gravity drain (had a hump in the line causing it to back up). So we had to fix this ourselves so we could actually shower. Also disappointed no pipe supports at all were used and considering the amount we paid for the labor we expected better. 2 days later the brand new furnace shuts off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. Turns out The power is off to it, check inside and a wire had come disconnected. Looking further the electrical connections inside all seem loose. Hoping someone will be out to fix today but a pain to have to use time off from work for them to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time. Very disappointing after the great service we had from the electricians
