+ -1 moreProvided pictures of house and brick to BSM. They contact immediately with a quote and options. Showed up when promised and brick was an excellent match to the house. Completed all work in approx 5 hrs. Totally cleaned everything up afterwards and returned everything to its original location - hose and extension cord etc. They take great pride in their work and we are completely satisfied by our new brick mailbox. They even carted the old box and post away without us having to ask.

+ 0 moreInitially, they were great. They were responsive, on time, and on budget. But as soon as we had our first fire in our new fireplace, the flue chain catch broke almost immediately. We called Ryan and he said he could come out to fix it in three weeks. That was months ago. He has not answered or returned our calls since.

+ 1 moreBig Stack Masonry dropped off some material on a Monday night, looked at our house, and then went and matched the stone facing on our house. On Tuesday they came at 8 am, and worked for about six hours straight to finish the mailbox. They cut out a section of our grass to put a small concrete slab down and then built the mailbox on top of that. After they were done they replaced the grass and did a great job cleaning everything up. I am very happy with the mailbox.
