I had two pros over here yesterday to do some repair work on my shower tile. The area that was repaired was only 5 feet long by 14 inches wide. There are several complaints I have about them. 1st when we originally spoke about a quote they quoted me $500.00, I thought that was kind of high until they explained to me the job would take about 10 hours. At that point I realized that the price was $50.00 an hour and sounded fair. We then set up an appointment that they were 2 hours late for. It was apparent that they left another job to come here because they had what looked like plaster all over them. Unfortunately, they also had it on their shoes which they tracked white footprints all over my carpet. I am still cleaning it up. Not to mention, they left a mess in my bathroom that was not cleaned up at all I will attempt to send pictures The repair job took Kadeen about 4 hours to do. But it does look okay. When I brought up that for 4 hours of work, $500.00 was way too expensive and that other handyman charge 60 or 70 an hour they were not willing to renegotiate at all . If they would have taken $100.00 off the price, I would have no reason to complain about anything. But they were not willing to renegotiate at all. I paid them to get them out of my house and told them that I would never use their business again.
