 + -1 moreI found Roger to be far less than professional. : Roger missed two appointments : The information he provided was a scrap of paper "sketch" torn from some form that as difficult to read or understand. : He spoke to the Owner complaining and whining of my persistence to get information. : I spoke to him in a phone conversation and he hung up on me. : I also spoke to Tony, the manager, He listened to my complaints but seemed uninterested. I hope to not have any further dealings with Awnings Unlimited.
Description of Work: I as a Contractor was hired by a home owner to replace a broken concrete patio prior to Awning Unlimited installation of a awning. The owner asked that I work with Awnings Unlimited to determine footing locations for awning posts, and forwarded to me salesman's contact information. I spoke with "Roger" the salesman.
