The worker was great. He was very helpful.

They were very good. The employees are so nice and polite. They were very efficient. They had two of them and they had it done in no time. The price was average. The quality of service was excellent. They came the next day. They were very punctual. In fact, they called and said, "Is it okay if we come a little early?" I said, "Definitely."

Fairly smooth.

Restarted fan. Fan was too noisy, made a return visit to inspect problem with fan. I have used them for washer and dryer too! I wish that there was not such a long wait for service. I had to make appointment for several days in advance.

This company was recommended to us by a company we had previously used for a washing machine repair (Action Appliance Service), as Action Appliance does not service dishwashers. This company has a strange quirk in that they require the customer to call THEM the morning of the scheduled appt. to get a time slot for their serviceman to arrive; they do not set up service times in advance. The serviceman arrived on time, found the problem, but had to order the replacement part. We were told we would be notified when the part arrived, but as has been reported by other members, we had to call them to find out about our part after we had waited a week. The serviceman arrived on time again, performed the repair, and only charged us for one service visit. Overall a great experience, but we are glad we found out from Angie's List members that we would have to call about our part! I hope the company front office becomes a little more efficient in scheduling appointments and following up on ordered parts in the future.

One complaint I have is that we weren't notified that the part had arrived until I called and checked several days after it had been expected. The return appointment was made quickly and the repair done in short order. I also dislike the need to call in the morning of the appointment to find out what 2 hour window of the day the tech would come. It can be awkward to have to delay plans for the day until after the beginning of business.

Our GE refrigerator had gradually failed to keep food cool. We found ASI on Angie's list and called them. A cheerful technician called at the earlier part of the time window we had been given and arrived soon after. He determined that the problem was a defunct compressor that would cost $700 to $800 to replace, almost as much as a new refrigerator, which he recommended we go with. He gave us detailed reasons for this. He explained that refrigerators with the newer refrigerants and energy saving compressors only last about 10 years ( the age of our fridge) and that with a new compressor, our fridge would only go about another 5 years. At our request, he recommended a brand and a dealer. We followed his advice, and have be pleased with the results so far. We feel that the technician gave us his honest opinion, though he could have made more money just fixing our fridge. 4

They didn't have a part that needed to be replaced; hence as they received the part, they came and repaired the same. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job. I will continue to use their services in future.

They are awesome. They are punctual, fairly inexpensive and they have gotten the problem solved every time.

Employee came out once to see if the washer could be repaired. Then came back with the part and made the repair, which met the estimated amount. He did not charge for the first visit, to look at the washer. We appreciated the polite attitude and prompt service limited only by the shipping time for the part - 5 days. I would recommend this company.

They did a great job on the work but their front desk people where awful. I almost hung up because the lady was so rude and curt. I don't recommend them in terms of their front line people but the work they did was fine.

I have had ASI Appliance out to my house many times. They do a very good job and clean up after themselves. I think that I would tell others about them.
