I marked C for overall experience because I couldn't mark NA. I tried to call for wedding planning services, and their number was disconnected or no longer in service.
Description of Work: Their number is disconnected. I don't know if they are in business anymore, but I used to love going to their shop. I think maybe they have been mis-flagged on AL. They do not appear to be a wedding planning service. Their flower arrangements are amazing though. I marked C for overall experience because I couldn't mark NA.

The body flowers (bouquets and corsages) were not delivered. The cake did not have as much flowers as promised in the contract. All aisle flowers for the ceremony were dead because Holly, the responsible person, delivered the flowers six hours earlier than the time stated in the contract without my permission. Finally, the guest table flowers were the wrong colors.
Description of Work: Purchased body, cake, ceremony, and guest table flowers for a wedding. The flowers were supposed to be delivered and set up before my wedding ceremony.
