Terrible customer service. Smug employees who are completely apathetic. They seem to be hung up on being a "wholeseller" and won't tell you the prices, even if you're working with a fabricator. This makes it pointless to go here. The problem is that if you are trying to choose a stone slab, you need to see the slab to make a decision. By the time you have written down 10 slab numbers, handed it to your fabricator and waited for a week to find out the prices, you can't remember much about the slab and have to go back. When you mention the inefficiency to the staff, they are indifferent. This is just one location of this chain and it's pretty clear the staff are checked out and it's dysfunctional. If you're looking for stone slabs, go to Contempo. They're very well organized and customer service is excellent. And the have their prices listed on every slab. If you want an efficient and enjoyable experience, just skip Arizona Tile.

We're getting counter-tops installed on the 10th. So far, so good. They have a large selection for you to look at but they don't maintain a large selection. Once you want to order your slabs and look at the slabs, they have to ship everything in from California. The only problem with that was in order for them to ship in, they certainly don't want to ship in a whole bunch of material that they aren't going to use. The only problem with that was they'd send you pictures and you had to choose from pictures what you wanted shipped in. Then you could look at the slabs form that. Except that the pictures were really poor quality. They were really grainy, low resolution pictures. That's the part they need to fix. I told them that as well. You could use a high res camera, take picture and send it over. You just have to kind of get on faith. They certainly said that, if you don't like it, you don't have to buy it and we can send in some more. It made it a little more stressful because we were up against dates which is my fault. The had super nice staff. They had fantastic staff to work with. I like the granite.
Description of Work: You have to work through the contractor in order to get the granite.

I had a great experience with Arizona Tile. A friend referred me to them so I stopped out there to take a look at the selection. They are wholesale only so you have to work with a fabricator to buy anything, but they had a list of fabricators and even recommended a few based on my project, budget and timeline. Everyone that we talked with was extremely helpful and they took the time to explain how things worked without any sales pressure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new countertops.
Description of Work: Extremely helpful- great experience

I liked that there was no pressure from them to buy and that they were very good about educating me about the granite I was getting.
Description of Work: They did not have the granite I wanted but were able to get it for me from their location in Tucson. They were very accommodating.

Called in advance to ask for a certain staff person, was told they would be there all day, so I drove across town to their store. Walked in and asked for her. Was told and quot;she's in a meetingand quot; (she was standing *right there*) and she just walked away w/o acknowledging my presence or planning another time. I told another staff person there that I was looking for something sharp looking, but on a budget and from there I was ignored...you could have heard crickets. Wow--one person's and quot;on a budgetand quot; is another person's and quot;dream kitchen.and quot; So, I was kind of surprised at the short-sightedness and wondered if they were on commission, maybe. The store was empty except for one other customer. Profoundly underwhelmed...between the mild rudeness and the lack of initiative to be helpful, they really didn't seem to be, you know--at work. Didn't leave me feeling like they'd take good care of me any further down the line.
Description of Work: None, b/c they were unable to help me, even tho I was one of only two shoppers in the store.
