Description of Work: changed ice maker tray, said it was corroded through, which it was not. Ther was ice clogging a route is all. te ice was removed and it worked fine. he tried to blame me that i should have told him about the ice. i didn't know about it, or i wouldn't have called him!!!!

Description of Work: Our refrigerator stopped cooling. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly. It was going to be extremely expensive to repair, nearly $2000. The technician recommended we do not repair it, rather replace it, which we did. We appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: I had two new appliances, one an Amanda Washer, the other an LG refrigerator. Matt ran the washer through the cycle and gave me the bad news that the new washers sound this LOUD. He explained each point in the cycle what was happening and why the sound (NOISE) was there. There was a screw missing on the frig which was causing the alarm to sound at all hours of the day and night and to keep the ice maker from functioning as well as normal (Normal being totally inadequate). But he offered to order a new ice maker to see if it made a difference. He patiently explained it all to me and how things worked. I wish he were MAKING appliances because with his attention to detail they would be much higher quality than much of what is on the market today.

Description of Work: Subzero fridge not working (temperature higher than setting). technician came in and recommend replacement of evaporator coil. cost $800. found out that parts was under warranty, reduce it to $500. repaired it once. but not sufficient ... same issue after 1 week. repaired it again (no cost). similar (not same) issue after 1 month. repaired it again (no cost). pretty punctual ... could improve quality of work.
