They came on time and fixed the problem. They are good.

On time, fast, just expensive. But My dryer works again

The overall service was good. It was a little bit on the pricey side but that was expected. They had to special order the part so it took a while. They were not so punctual, they were late.

They did a good job. They had to first do a diagnostic and order the part, but they did the install today. I liked the technician and felt that he was knowledgeable and experienced.

Great experience. Called on Thursday was able to get appointment for mid-day on Saturday. (Much quicker than Sears Home Repair. They were booked for over a week out.) Repairman diagnosed that the heating element was the problem. Had the part in truck but it turned out to be defective. Called to see if could get one at the office so could fix the same day. None left in stock. Set appointment for first thing Monday morning. Arrived around 9 am and dryer was up and running in 20 minutes. Charged for 1 service trip $35 plus cost of the part. Since they charge by trip not by appliance, repairman looked at dishwasher while he was out on Saturday and made adjustment so that it was quieter when running.

This place used to have a rude but knowledgeable guy in the self serve parts, now the self serve guy knows little and the service schedulers seem to have plenty of business to not worry about losing a few customers. I had them repair my clothes washer last year plus I have got self serve parts but I am not happy with them and will look for another place.

Called on a Wednesday, they were able to come out the next day. Was informed that the call was $29.90 and then $45 - 55 labor for repairs. I clarified this information with them (Cherice). He came out on time, was pleasant but some what condescending. Told that the transmission was out and would cost too much to repair. When he handed me the bill I was charged an extra $35 for a "diagnostic fee". I called the company and left messages, no one would call me back...still haven't heard from them. Would not use them EVER again.

Appliance Service by Paul canceled our first service appointment. On the second appointment the repairman didn't arrive during the scheduled time. When I called to find when to expect the repairman, I was told he had hurt himself and the company wasn't sure when he could come.

The work done by Amana was very satisfying. I was extremely pleased with the way they handled everything with professionalism.

Appliance Service by Paul Dodge does an excellent job with large appliance repairs. They're absolutely the best in town. They are affordable, friendly, fast and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They did a very good job. I didn't have to check up on him at all. He knew what he was doing. He also did it in a timely manner.

I thought they did a great job. The quality of their work is excellent, but it did take him a while to come out because he was sick. Instead of sending someone else, he just came the next day. They usually come the day that you call or the day after. I have always been happy.

The service technician was punctual, friendly and professional. He replaced parts in two separate furnaces, and repaired the oven and refrigerator. We were satisfied with the work completed.

It took a few days for them to get here. They came the day that they said they would, however they were late in arriving. They did call though to say they would be late.

We hired Paul to come to our house and fix our dryer. The service was very good. He gave it all as he had covered before doing the work. Now, our dryer does not make that terrible noise.

I felt they did a good job. They were professional and punctual. I would recommend this company to family and friends for future appliance repairs.

The part they replaced was not functioning properly. Even though the part was under warranty they still have not come out to replace it. I have tried getting them back out here for a couple of months.

They did what they were supposed to do. They weren't on time. They gave me a time frame that was a little too long to wait, and they showed up a few minutes after the time frame. I tried to call them back before and wasn't able to get ahold of them.

Paul's Appliance did a decent job repairing my washing machine. Everything is working fine now, but the ordeal was a little frustrating. It took about two weeks for a part to come in, and later I was told that the part wasn't necessary to fix the machine.

I would only hire this company for a future job if they had the parts in stock. The price was definitely not worth the work quality. They did a good job, but it should be cheaper.

They know what they are doing. They always call when they are about to come out to my house. They did a very good job on my washer. I would have to say that I would tell others about them.
