Description of Work: We had a bad smell in the house one night, a sewer smell. He came out and looked under the kitchen sink and said he couldn't tell what the problem was. I said it's coming from under the house. He said he didn't bring any tools anyway, and would have to come back anyway. So I found and fixed it myself.

+ -1 moreHe was a very nice guy and I didn't feel awkward having him in my home. This is the second time we've used their service (for different appliances).
Description of Work: Checked out washer and gave me options of either fixing it for a lot of money or buying a new one. We decided to purchase a new one so he gave us some criteria to go by for the purchase (less bells and whistles = longer lasting) and the brands that he has found to be good.

+ -1 moreThe diagnosis went pretty well. They are friendly and helpful and they keep you updated when it will be done. I ended up buying a drum for the dryer and you can use it for different things.
Description of Work: I thought my dryer wasn't working and when you bring your appliance to them, they'll diagnose it for free. They didn't find anything wrong with it so I wasn't out any money either. They do resell appliances too; you can look around and see what they have.
