Andrew Swan Piano Tuning And Repair

What a wonderful experience this was!! Andrew came out and spent quite awhile explaining what he was going to do and our options for tuning our "old faithful" Baldwin upright. He explained that this was a wonderful but older upright and that our tuning options were a bit limited with this model. Best part was his honesty. He even asked us of our future plans for our daughter in music so that we could save the money for a nicer piano instead of putting more money into our current piano. After the tuning, it sounded amazing and he even had my daughter play a small piece to see how she liked it. She was thrilled, annnnd a little mad that mom and dad didn't get this baby tuned years and years ago. To take it even more over the top, Andrew even spent more time with us discussing which pianos to consider upgrading to and how to watch out for "money pit" pianos that people try to pawn off online. At the end Andrew looked up our Baldwin serial number and to all of our surprise, our supposed 1970's piano turned out to be a 1958 upright! WOW, it really held up nicely and we have owned it for 15 years now. Thanks again Andrew! You just can't go wrong with this gentlemen. He's one of the good guys!
