The company is very professionally run and Sandra is extremely quick to respond. There was rarely a need to reschedule appointments, and they were always completed on time. The cleaning services were of consistently high quality. I always felt better coming home from work on a day when Anderson cleaners had been there. In addition to the house being cleaned, our plants were watered. I scored the company a B on quality for a few one-off issues where some of our dishes were broken or lost, but this would not prevent me from hiring the company again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Additionally, I would recommend the company to anybody looking for cleaning services in the SLC area due to Sandra's professionalism.

We recently moved into a new home that required a deep cleaning. Sandra Anderson and a team of five individuals arrived at our home on time. The entire team introduced themselves and all were most enthusiastic about the assignment. We arrived home seven hours later to a sparkling home! The team cleaned every nook and cranny in the home. It was a tough assignment and they were clearly up to the challenge. The team did an extraordinary job! The team was exhausted at the end of the day and all still had smiles on their faces. The entire team reviewed what they had done for us. They shook our hands and said good-bye. The home was exceptionally clean. Bravo to Sandra and her team on a great job!

I asked Sandra Anderson what the price would be for the complete dusting of my family room, formal living room, m bedroom, light mop one kit floor, wipe 5 sets of blinds, dust the walls and all lamps, and they were told to NOT to do the bathrooms. She quoted $180.00 for 2 girls to do the job. She did not say she would not be doing the work personally, supervising or staying during the work. These girls,were very sweet, but they were particularly were inexperienced at using their time wisely. Ms Anderson never told me they had a three hr time limit. I expected to be paying for the job not by the time. Instead, one girl wiped all FOUR SIDES of each and every book (about a hundred) and every knick-nak in 2 large book cases taking up 2 of the three hours they had to do the rest of the house. They wiped instead of vacuuming everything, to keep dust down in the air, that was ok for some things, but they could have used the time quickly vacuuming. As it was they didn't even clean the blinds in 2 rooms at all, several light fixtures and were not even dusted,, they didn't vacuum the rug in the formal living room,( a small room), left the floor tile corners dusty and dirty, the stair railings upper and lower were not even touched, these would have at the most taken 5 minutes w 2 people. They tried as far as they knew how, but their decision making about organizing the whole job was poor. They simply ran out of time i felt bad for them yet I kindly tipped them each $20 to be nice, as i could tell their job meant a lot to them, thus costing me that day for not a lot of quality work $220. This house was not a big job nor was it extremely dirty like one might imagine. Since then, Ms Anderson called and pressured me for a follow up job, i gave in when she said 2 experienced people would come. but i didnt need any more cleaning, she didnt take "no" easily, and i succombed to another chance. but at her prices and method of "pay by the hour" I decided to email her and cancelled it. I don't like pressure. Or overpaying. I have not yet heard or seen a confirmation of my cancellation which I will insist upon. I know they tried to do a good job, the girls need supervision and should not be faulted.

Anderson Express Cleaners charged me $30 per hour per worker for house cleaning. Three cleaners spent about three hours in my home working. I do not know what is customarily charged, as I clean my own home. However, I had a lot of food to prepare for my get-together and wanted someone else to handle getting the whole house cleaned. Though I felt $30 was steep for this service, I paid it because of the many positive reviews I had found on Angie's List for this provider. The owner initially accompanied the three cleaners and confirmed what work I wanted done before leaving for another job in the area. I appreciated this. I felt she sincerely listened to what I wanted done. The owner and cleaners were punctual. I remained at home throughout, and was in the same area as one of the cleaners, Dakota, who spent a majority of her time in the same area of the house where I was working. She worked hard and hustled. If I had her energy, I could probably have gotten my house cleaned and all my food prepared for my get-together by myself:) At the completion of the work, the owner returned to my house to make certain I was satisfied. This impressed me. I hadn't actually checked anything at that point. Later, when I did so, I only found two things of note: one, one of four bathroom sinks wasn't really clean. It looked like it had been wiped out, but that wasn't sufficient to remove all the grime. I had to scrub that sink myself. Two, I have a baby grand piano, and there remained a dust line on the lid that showed the height to which the cleaner had been able to reach. I would have been happy to lower the lid for her to enable better access for her if she'd asked. I probably should have thought to lower it myself before their arrival, but hadn't. Also, I don't know if it's customary to clean out bathroom drawers for house cleaners, but I did have to re-organize my toiletry drawer so that things were once again where I like them to be after the cleaners had left. Not a big deal. My overall experience with Anderson Express Cleaners was positive and I would recommend them, as well as use them again.

Although it was difficult work that required a lot of persistence and patience, they persevered and got it done. I honestly thought it would take multiple cleanings over time to get things super clean again, but everything was sparkling when I opened the door.

We only used Anderson Express Cleaners 3 or 4 times and they were perfectly fine. They were reliable and they did a good job, but there was an easier option since they were in Salt Lake and we were in Park City. They were pretty responsive, but I probably wouldn't use them again because I don't have the need.

Aderson Express Cleaners were pretty cut and dry; they very efficient, very quick and things got cleaned. It was a one time job but I might have them back. They were very thorough.

It went great! We ran into issues with our landlord not having the full house ready for the cleaners and they just worked around the off-limits areas and did a spectacular job!

I got them off of Angie’s List. I really like them. I pay them every month; their pricing is fair. The thing that I really like about them is that if I ask a question or if I do not like something, they always accommodate me. So they have been good about doing it my way.

Anderson Express Cleaning did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my home! I needed my home cleaned by a certain date which did not allow much notice. The owner did not have any available appointments prior to that date, however she kindly went out of her way to move her schedule around to accommodate my request. I have had several cleaning companies clean my home, and have never been completely satisfied with any of them. This is in part due to my being extremely detailed in my own cleaning, and therefore having very high expectations. Anderson Express Cleaning EXCEEDED my expectations! They arrived at my home at the exact time they said they would. They were extremely efficient, but at the same time very thorough and very detailed! They did not miss ANYTHING! And they cleaned everything VERY WELL! I also happened to be in the same room while they were cleaning a few things, and I noticed that they took great care of what they were cleaning as if it were their own. I also had a few special requests regarding what to use on my furniture and floors, and they immediately respected and followed those requests. In addition to them being very professional, efficient, thorough, detailed, respectful and just AWESOME at cleaning, they were very, very, very nice! The quality of their work was definitely worth the cost. I would not hesitate to have them clean my home again, and I would definitely recommend them to my family and closest friends!

We needed to have our home thoroughly cleaned after being away for several months. Because others had been staying on and off at our home in our absence, I didn't want to come back to dirty bathrooms and dusty rooms. After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I contacted Sandra Anderson and am so glad I did. I needed the work done within the week and she scheduled the cleaning two days before we were to return. It was wonderful to return to a spotlessly clean, polished home. It was worth every penny and I would not hesitate to hire this company again. Sandra was a delight to work with and she and her team do a great job.

Anderson Express cleaned my home several times. The first time they came, they cleaned my home from top to bottom and I was very, very pleased. I think it took them four hours, and they charged somewhere in the range of $250 to $300. For routine visits every other week, hey charged me $120 for two people working two hours. I always gave a $10 tip to each worker. The first two times the house was sparkly when I got home, and I was very happy. The next three to four times, the quality seemed to go downhill. Most of the work was done, but there were glaring omissions. Example: the last time, the hardwood floors under the couches were not swept at all, and one could see all the dirt that was missed; a garbage can almost overflowing with garbage in a common area was not emptied; large cobwebs were left on a hanging light fixture over the stairway for a whole month; clean towels and washrags that I had washed and made available in the dryer were not put up in the bathroom; and mold and slime was left in the shower on the tile grout. When I initially found things undone, I gave Sandra a list the next time she came and asked her if she could please do the things on the list. They were done for the most part, but she couldn't get to everything because she said she was in a hurry. This last cleaning, though, seemed very substandard for the price they charge. I was disappointed, especially about the mold in the shower and the dirt under the couches. I think that the company has the potential to be very good, but in my limited experience with the company, the work doesn't seem consistent. Sandra and her crew were always very pleasant, trustworthy, and were usually on time or within 30 minutes of their scheduled time to come. There were no other problems to speak of, beside the ones mentioned above. I would recommend them for a small, compact house or apartment but not a large house like mine that has a lot of details to keep clean.

Great. I was on a time crunch as I already live in another state and they were able to work me in by coming two different days to clean the house. I had some really nasty windows in the basement that needed cleaning from the outside and they brought a third worker to do those and didn't change the price. My home looked beautiful when I left. Great job!!

The cleaning team showed up promptly first thing in the morning ready to work. And believe me, they WORKED. We had rented our home for almost five years and, well, our renter (who actually is a dear friend of mine) didn't really ever have 'cleaning' at the top of her priority list. The girls were there for five hours (for a total of ten man - or woman! - hours), and were actually able to get the place not only liveable, but move-in ready. (Sandra had slotted 4 hours for the task, but stayed an extra hour so they could finish.) This was a huge undertaking. I can't even imagine how long it would have taken me if I had tried to tackle the project myself. Anderson Express did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a house-cleaning service. In fact, once we get settled in a little more, I'm hoping to be able to use their services on more of a regular basis. I'm a happy customer! :o) -Bonnie Johnson (Chase)

They did an outstanding job for us. Our home has never been cleaner. I'm still finding things they cleaned that i never thought of. They were exactly on time, and cleaned house in the estimated time they thought.. Cleaned everything extremely thoroughly. Cleaned inside of windows, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, bedrooms and living areas. Cleaned the inside of the refrigerator! Did such a great job, we now have them come every other week. Highly recommend.

I've used Anderson Express Cleaners off and on for many years. I've used them for weekly service on my primary home and most recently cleaning a rental in between tenants. The day to day service has always been good, but what I've been most impressed with is the responsiveness of Sandra, the owner. Anyone who has ever had a long term cleaner knows that service can slack or incidents happen over time. It's just normal. On the few occasions that I needed something extra or redone Sandra has personally jumped in and made sure that it was handled. Also, just personal preference but I've never had a language barrier with them - which has been a frustration with other cleaners I've used before. I only mention this because of a recent episode with a home I own in Seattle that was more frustrating because of a language issue. Their pricing isn't the rock bottom cheapest but it's more than reasonable for the quality. I recommend them to all my family and friends in Salt Lake City.
