Description of Work: We had an appointment for over a week I waited all morning for them to show up unknowingly my son had contacted them to let them know I was ill He asked if they could reschedule before not showing up - WE got neither not a call to me to check to see if this was right and did not show. SO WHEN YOUR WORD IS NO GOOD NEITHER ARE YOU. ALL WE HAVE IS OUR WORD THIS IS A COMPANY WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT THEM NOT THE CUSTOMER.... NOW DUE TO THIS SITE THEY SAY THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO HONOR OUR APPOINTMENT. NICE

Response from Anderson Express Cleaners
Our initial contact with the client was smooth and we were able to schedule her an appointment that worked for all parties. Her son did contact us an hour prior to the scheduled clean and canceled because the member was ill and to reschedule. The member and I were in communication via text from 10am till just after 1pm. I admit I’m running a business that is successful, without much idle time and that last minute cancellations cannot always be accommodated well. While I always do my best to work with last minute issues, we were unable to reschedule the client in the time frame she requested.
