There's a reason Alta Vista gets all A's in their reviews. I had read they were fast but wow - called today for an estimate and Juan was at my house within 45 minutes. Gave me a great price and did the job immediately. Will definitely use him again - he and his brother were very professional & their work is excellent.

They responded the same day that I emailed and gave an in-person estimate the next day. They showed up on the day and time as agreed to do the work. They worked quickly but were thorough and tidy. The workers wore booties over their shoes while inside my house. Two people familiar with the before-condition of the windows were so impressed that they asked for a referral.

I was extremely pleased with this company. Juan was friendly and professional from start to finish. They adapted to my work schedule and did a fantastic job. My windows look like new. I would definitely recommend Alta Vista to others and would use them again in the future.

Based on their wonderful reviews, I called this company on a Friday afternoon to schedule for the next week. They answered promptly, and offered to drive by that afternoon to bid the job on their way home from anotherr job. An hour later they called, gave me the bid, and said they would come the following day, even though it was Sat! He arrived promptly at noon, which was the arranged upon time, did a fabulous job, and was done in great time. He was polite, professional and expert. I am totally impressed with this company and will use them again.

Very punctual. They came and did everything I asked for and also they were able to give me tips about what was the best glass cleaner for the shower door. Both were very friendly and showed pride in their work quality. I would definitely use them again.

Great. I called the day before, and they came out the next morning. Very friendly, very professional, and very fast. Now I have a much clearer view of the snow.... I wish I had done it sooner. I'll definitely get it done more often now, and will use Juan and his guys.

I sent an email through Angie's List early in the morning then received a call from Alta Vista Window Cleaners at 8 AM with an arrangement to meet that same day at 2 PM. They arrived promptly at 2 PM, worked quickly and accurately cleaning all windows and screens. The windows are spotless including removal of water stains on basement windows from the sprinklers. I also appreciate they were respectful of my time being aware that I had to leave at a certain time. They planned their time to complete cleaning the windows and be gone when I had to leave. I agree with other reviewers, this is an A company.

Reponsive and professional, arrived on time and went to work immediately. Good job - one area of sliding glass door missed and blind dusting not terribly thorough, but overall excellent work, especially for the price which was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again and will recommend.

Quick response. Very reasonable price. Efficient work. They cleaned both interior and exterior panes. My only regret is I didn't specifically ask for screen cleaning but this will be rectified NEXT time, as I intend to use AltaVista's service every 3 months.

Juan and his brother were very prompt in returning my initial call and arrived the next day prepared to do the job should I agree to the bid. The were somewhat reluctant to venture outside of their usual service area, but I guess I convinced them to try Layton. They did a great job, were done in no time and were very courteous. I really appreciated the work, it's great to have clean windows! I will definitely hire them again, and will gladly recommend them.

This is a great family owned and operated window washing company. I called and received a return call within a few hours. They came over, gave me a bid and did the work right away. I was very pleased and recommend them highly.

We went on Angie's list and saw that Juan and his company had over 30 "A" ratings. We looked at the customer feedback and comments and were impressed. We contacted Juan, and he replied quickly. Juan answered all our questions and gave us a bid. We made an appointment and Juan and another worker came out (as promised) very punctual and on time. He was professional and courteous. He and his partner got right on the work and it was done very quickly. Juan did all that he said he would do. They cleaned about 22 windows and they all look great - we can see through them clearly now - makes the whole house look that much better! We appreciated the service we received. Thanks! :))

The windows were cleaned thoroughly, which was no easy task. The work was completed quickly and very professionally.

For her birthday, I told my aunt I would have her windows cleaned for her, but what with one thing another, we delayed it until July. I had an Living Social coupon which had expired months ago, but Juan honored the discount anyway. They were really fabulous--fast, efficient, and they did a thoroughly squeaky-clean job. After they left, we both walked around her house admiring how nice everything looked with clean windows. Guess what she's getting for her birthday next year, too!

I called Juan to ask him to come give me a quote. He told me he could be to my house in 30 minutes. He arrived almost exactly 30 minutes later, introduced himself and told me he would look things over, then give me a price. His quote was more than reasonable, so I asked how soon he could work me in to his schedule. He told me he could do it right then. Juan and his brother got to work and did an excellent job! My windows are so clean! In addition to doing such a great job, he knocked on the door and asked if he could come inside to clean the inside of the upper windows in my two story entry and family room and the deep corner window in my kitchen - no extra charge. They were very careful and protected the areas in my home they were in and made sure that my landscaping was not disturbed by their ladders. I would definitely hire them again!

Juan was great. I asked for a quote on Monday and he arrived at the exact time requested. The price was reasonable and we schedule the cleaning for the next day. He arrived right on time and quickly cleaned all the windows. They look great. Will be using again.

First, I was pretty sure he'd be good because of all the great reviews, but I was blown away! He was driving when I called so said he'd call me back and he did---which is something you never take for granted when you're trying to hire them! He asked if he could come this afternoon and look at the job and when he came and quoted me a VERY reasonable price, he said he could do it right now. It's miserably hot but he was eager to do it and I was thrilled to have it done. I asked if he wanted me to take off the screens and he assured me he could do it from the outside. He is gracious, personable and works harder than anybody I've met in a long time and I am thrilled to recommend him. (I hated to pay anybody to wash my windows, but my adult children laid down the law and I'm no longer allowed on the 20-foot ladder. Now I wonder why I did them myself all these years!)
