Juans' team was outstanding. I had a last minute request, they stepped up and came out that afternoon and did a fantastic job. I don't think the windows on our house have ever been as clean. Exceeded expectations on all counts. Will definitely use them again for all window washing needs.

Alta Visa put the ?wow? in our window cleaning! Juan scheduled us lightning fast, and from start to finish, Alta Vista was an absolute pleasure to work with. Incredibly professional with great service. They did a superb job on our windows and screens (inside and out). Juan even fixed one of our screens for no additional charge. Some of the upper windows in our 3-story home can be a bit difficult to reach, but it was no problem for them. They worked very quickly and efficiently, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Pricing was certainly reasonable for the job. We will definitely be calling Alta Vista again soon, especially since Juan guaranteed us the same price for future window cleaning (interior, exterior, and screens), and also gave us a very reasonable quote for exterior-only cleaning. Clean windows really do give you a whole new outlook, and thanks to Juan and Miguel, things definitely look much brighter today! We enthusiastically recommend Alta Vista!

All of our windows have many panes so washing them is labor intensive. We were given a price two or three weeks before and a day was set. Juan arrived on the day and time agreed to and set to work. He worked quickly and efficiently and helped put the screens back on. The windows look great!

I've used this company twice and just looked them up to use them again this spring. Always happy with their service and quality. Reasonable price for a large house.

This is the second time I've used Alta Vista and they are amazing! I kept telling myself that there was no reason I couldn't wash my own windows (at our old house, there were a number that were very high and I just couldn't get to them...), no reason to pay someone else, blah blah! Bottom line is that my time is worth something, but more than that, they do a better job than I do and MUCH faster!! No more guilt here---I'm calling Alta Vista as soon as my windows need it!

We have large 2-story windows and our home is in the mountains of Park City so windows are difficult to reach. Alta Vista arrived within an hour of my call and completed the job the same day. They arrived to give bid and stayed right then to wash the windows. The windows were very dirty but they got them really clean. The price was great and the workers were very efficient and professional. They did a wonderful job. Will definitely use them again.

The provider came as arranged to do an estimate. Once the price was agreed upon, they showed up on time and completed the cleaning. I would use them again.

Juan was able to come to the house within a couple of days of my call. He gave me an estimate and was able to do the cleaning that day. He was very professional and personable. He also was very careful of all my items inside the house. While cleaning the inside of my high windows, he also changed light bulbs and dusted my very high ceiling fan. He noticed that the previous window cleaners had left marks on one of my high walls from their ladder and offered to touch up the paint! I was extremely pleased with the job he did and will definitely have his company clean my windows from now on.

Windows were cleaned inside and out. They were very fast, entire job about 1 hour and did a very good job. I will be using them going forward. Juan was very pleasant and kind, got back to me immediately, and came within a day or 2 to do the work.

Juan returned my initial call same day, within a couple hours. We were able to schedule a time within a few days. Arrived on time and got to work quickly. My windows were quite dirty from recent remodel and lack of attention. They now look nearly new! Very thorough - even did garage window! Friendly, professional and very reasonable price too. He was on the way to my area in Park City Utah that day so he came within 4 hours of the call and was very pleasant, professional and did a good job. Pricing was more reasonable than other vendors I have used in the past and the service was good. I will use him again.

Fanatic. Very prompt and professional. Did a wonderful job on some very dirty windows.

I called Juan on a Friday evening and set an appt for estimate for Monday. He arrived on time and gave us estimate for outside only and inside/outside of windows. He was very professional and not pushy at all. We decided to go with him after reading all the great online reviews. He and a coworker were ready to go right then. It took them under 2 hours to complete our windows. We have approx 50 windows in the house, with 3 of them being 4ft x 10 ft high. The 3 large windows are very difficult to reach from the outside because our patio is accessible from the basement which makes these windows over 15 ft off the ground from the outside. Plus on top of the windows there are 1/2 moon windows. We stated our concerns and explained how other companies in the past said they could not reach that high and did not clean the very tops. He insisted it would not be a problem, and was he ever right. Our windows are so clean that I am afraid that we are going to have many a birds running into our windows becasue they dont see them :) Yes, $300 is a lot of money, BUT for the service we received we both said we would do it again in a heartbeat.

We had an appointment and he called me a few hours before he was expected to come and said that he was in the area and asked if it was okay with me he'd be here within the hour. He went above and beyond.

Juan and his crew are awesome. They return messages promptly, do a great job and can usually come out within a day or two of me contacting them. While up on the roof, Juan noticed that my dryer vent was quite dirty so he cleaned that too while he was up there!

Excellent! Juan completed both homes within 24 hours. Unbelievable service!

Miguel came the day after I called to give me a quote which I thought was very reasonable for the job. He was able to start work immediately as he'd arrived with his equipment in the van and I had accepted the offer without any pressure from him. The windows have never been cleaned better and Miguel was very professional. I was totally pleased with the experience and would certainly use Alta Vista again.

These guys are courteous, kind, hard-working, thorough and go the extra mile! This is the third or fourth time I have had them come... Great!

Juan Cruz is fast, thorough and efficient. I tried to clear curtains and clutter away from all windows, but I forgot my husband's study. He managed to get behind a bookshelf and blinds to do those windows, yet everything appeared so undisturbed that I had to look behind the blinds to see that the windows were indeed clean. He works alone, and finished our whole house in 2 hours. If my husband and I had tried to do it ourselves, it would have taken twice as long and we wouldn't have done as good a job.

We have used Juan Cruz and his company, Alta Vista, to clean our windows 3 times now, I finally am getting around to reviewing. Juan and his crew are punctual, beyond friendly and polite, and do a very good job. They get it done fast and the price is reasonable enough to make me want to get the windows cleaned more often! (For perspective, my home has 47 windows.) I noted a minimal number of streaks or drops, but by and large the windows were sparkling and clear.
