Description of Work: I got immediate call backs from Juan. Miguel came and gave me a tiered bid for washing our windows. When we scheduled the job, both Juan and Miguel came out. They were right on time, did the job quickly, and did a wonderful job. I would definitely hire them again.

+ -1 moreI purchased the service through a discount site, and contacted Alta Vista shortly after receiving the coupon. Alta Vista was very pleasant to work with and was able to come out to clean the windows at a time that worked for me (a Saturday, so I didn't have to take time off work). We scheduled the time to come at 9 am, and he said he would be there sometime between quarter to and quarter after, which was fine with me. The date of service arrived and he showed up at quarter to nine. I showed him all the windows and when I worried that there were more windows than I had paid for in the coupon he said he would clean them all regardless, and he would not charge me extra. He proceeded to clean the windows very quickly and well. Withing forty-five minutes he was done with all the exterior windows on the main floor, including the sliding glass door and the exterior and interior of the garage window. I gave him the coupon and he offered me the same price for future work, and also quoted me a price for cleaning exterior and interior windows that was reasonable. I will definitely contact Alta Vista again when I need windows cleaned.
Description of Work: All exterior windows on the main floor of the house were cleaned beautifully. The cleaner was also the company owner, and he was very prompt and did the work quickly. He was courteous and friendly and offered me a good price for future services.

+ -1 moreHighly recommend. Mike looks lie a hippy-biker, but don't let that scare you away. He was the low bid, and did an excellent job. (I did not choose him just because he was the low bid, but also because he favorably impressed me.) Full disclosure: he had to come back to redo two windows. I did not dock him for this, since other cleaners have also had to redo these same two windows. They face east, and when the rising sun hits them any trace of dirt lights up, though they look fine the rest of the day. He came back early the next morning so that he could see the problem, and left them so clean they looked clean at dawn the next morning, and that is CLEAN.
