Alpine Window Cleaning

We have a lot of glass, a multilevel roof with windows overlooking a portion of the roof and a sloped lot. Access to window surfaces is not easy. We've used Ted's crew for twenty-one years and have always been satisfied with their work and professionalism.

A kid came out to clean the windows, was a little late, but did a decent job. He worked really hard which I appreciated.

First scheduled for a Friday appointment and they didn't, show up. Called and they said they would come the following day on a Saturday and it was raining that day and they didn't,t come or call. I called them again and re-scheduled for the following Monday. They did send me a text message Sunday evening confirming the appointment. The man did show up on time and did a good job on cleaning the windows.

They provide very good service. They clean the outside and the inside as well as the window tracks. Although the window tracks are not their normal service, they vacuumed it after I asked them.

The man (owner?) who scheduled was nice and was the first to return my phone call. The bid was fair. He was kind enough to rush the job a little as we had family coming to visit, which we appreciated very much. The worker who came to do the cleaning was very pleasant and did nice work. Some of the windows he washed were very high up, and he had to get on a long ladder to reach them, so we appreciated how respectful and kind he was. There were a few streaks here and there, but for the most part the windows looked great. He worked fairly quickly. The only issue was communication from our cleaner on his schedule. He was supposed to arrive in the morning, but a job before us turned out to be bigger than planned. We had to call a few times for updates, which was frustrating because we were scheduled to go somewhere by a certain time. Our trip was delayed a bit and we had to change our plans slightly as a result. It worked out alright, but we would've appreciated more updates on the timetable. I had tried to make it clear that we had a limited time window when we could have the windows cleaned, or we'd have to wait until another time to get them cleaned. We were grateful that he rushed the job, but as I mentioned, it did throw us off a bit. Overall, we appreciated the kind service of our cleaner, and the price was good. We might consider another company in the future if the offer is better, but we would also be happy to hire them again in the future, hopefully when we have a bit more flexibility.

I was fairly pleased with him. He worked like a son of a gun in the heat and he was so pleasant. I really liked him and I will use him again. There was one messy window though. I have a big house with lots of windows so I thought the price was fair. I told him that I would pay extra for cleaning the tracks. He sent me an email and told me that it was time to do my windows again so I sent back an email. He called me and I made an appointment but nobody ever showed up so somewhere that got lost and that was for May 1st. I don't know if it got lost or what the deal was but the second time when I called him and asked if he was going to come he was here within a couple of days. He was not responsive the first time but the second time he was very responsive. He was okay and he showed up on time when I scheduled him. He was professional.

They do all the exterior windows of my 2 story house for this amount - always on time, professional and always follow our special instructions for our dogs. We have had them for years and they do an exceptional job. Will do interior, exterior or both. They haven't raised prices in several years

They did a good job and next time I need my windows cleaned I will call them again. They finished in an orderly manner and I was pleased with the results.

I LUV these guys. Always on time, very professional, work quickly, price as quoted, and they are just super nice people! Also, take pride in their work and actually ask if everything looks ok. Would not use any other window service!

Very poor quality. After the service person said he was "finished", there were still leaves on the outside window sills and dead insects on the inner ones. He redid the sills a second time, again very poorly. I literally had to follow him around for a third time around to point out cobwebs, windows he had "overlooked", etc. He had very little pride in his work.

Fast, efficient and professional, as always. We have a lot of glass, large windows with difficult terrain and access. We've used Alpine for sixteen years and highly recommend them.

They performed exactly what I asked them to do and they did it in a timely manner - and the price was just was just right. They also did a very good job!

Work was completed in a timely fashion and to my standards.

Estimates were given before he started. They were lower than I had expected. The only problem was he didn't move back all of the furniture (not a big deal though). I moved everything back in the matter of minutes. He was very professional and nice.
