I found out I was running low on some special paper I use to print informative white papers for my work. I emailed my personal rep, Jon, (everybody has a rep that handles them) and he immediately got the job in, confirmed the file with me by sending it to me via email and had a delivery estimate for it within less than 5 minutes. And he did it all via email. He knows how busy I am at work and takes that very seriously. Jon is incredibly responsive and works hard to make sure I get everything I need when I need it. This time has been no exception to that rule.
