This has been going on for 6 months. The work has not been completed. They keep forgetting the part I need. They keep saying we'll call you back and never do. I wouldn't recommend them to friends, family or neighbors.

Unfortunately this customer was serviced by a different company called Service West which we aquired the assets of in June of 2006. The repair in question was performed prior to thr date we took over. That company is responsible for any and all issues regarding this repair. I did look into that company's old database and noticed that a refund was issued according to the notes I have.
