Description of Work: The rep was very professional. Actually, there was a problem with my unit so it ended up costing considerably more, but they were good to get the problem fixed in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Harold provided a bid and some suggestions for us to check out before purchasing a new air cond and furnace. He did not push in any way for us to make a large investment in new units. He was thorough and direct in his assessment of our needs. His team of installers including the team lead, his son Curtis, were on time, courteous and thorough. We are waiting for Harold to return to review our experience and answer any questions that we may have and to pay him. I fully expect that we will be very pleased again.

Description of Work: Checked out my AC, cleaned it, tightened some bolts, and generally got it running at top efficiency. I am very pleased with the result.

Description of Work: These folks performed an air-conditioning tuneup a couple weeks earlier. When hot weather hit, the A/C performance was inadequate, so I e-mailed. By that point, of course, everyone having A/C problems was calling, and they were swamped. Still, Harold, working late into the evening, got back to me and arranged for a tech to come out. When the tech was late after being held up at another appointment, Harold came himself, then arranged for a second tech to come out, and the problem was solved. I was very impressed with their customer service.
