Description of Work: The technicians arrived early and were very clean with clothes that looked new. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and left the work area looking better than when they arrived. I will definitely call them for any future work I may need on my heating or cooling.

Description of Work: Tune up and new fly wheel. I do not remember the price but I felt it was very reasonable. They ordered the part and came back to do it the day they told me. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Furnace was replaced. We asked them to check on the humidifier. The workers didn't say anything about it when they left.

Description of Work: Not sure what happened, but I called 4 days ago for an appointment to get my AC fixed and no one has called me back. Person on the phone during the original call was friendly and promised to get back to me when he know who would be available. I called early and he hadn't gone through the day's orders yet. He said they may not be able to get to me until Monday but promised to take care of me. When I hadn't heard from them by the end of the day, I called and left a message. That was 4 days ago and I have yet to hear from anyone. I'll call again tomorrow and give them another chance, but so far I am not impressed.

Description of Work: My furnace went out and ruquired a valve change. I called Affordable and they sent a technician out in 20 minutes! Kirk arrived and was knowledgeable, professional. He checked the thermocouple and changed the valve. All work was completed in 1.5hours and my furnace worked great.

Description of Work: Called for a same-day repair to AC. They had it up and running in about an hour after the appointment time; a fault capacitor was replaced. They did not try to upsell service or replacement, and after examining the unit, they decided that coolant levels were good and didn't need charging. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. They also honored the Angie's List coupon for the service and parts.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with the entire service we received from Affordable Air. We were told last fall (by another company) that we needed a new cooling system. Affordable Air was able to quickly diagnose why our unit was not cooling and assured us we did not need an entire new system. The problem was fixed in an hour. Great experience.
