carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe carpet cleaning experience itself was excellent. The technician was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. When I scheduled the carpet cleaning, I was promised gift cards to be used in conjunction with the cleaning. I have yet to receive the gift cards or a credit on the cleaning despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation. I have contacted Chem-Dry a number of times only to be told that they will "get back to me" after they discuss the situation with the owners. The Chem-Dry I worked with was associated with a hardware store in West Jordan. Customer Service at that hardware store indicated they couldn't help me and gave me contact numbers for Chem-Dry. I am attempting to resolve the situation by contacting the hardware store's upper management.
Description of Work: Carpets were pre-treated and cleaned.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They did the job very fast. You could tell that they were very experienced. They moved all of my furniture, and moved it back when they were done.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in three rooms and the hallway.

+ -1 moreThey cleaned my carpet very well. I thought that it would take longer than it did. I would have to say that I would recommend them to my family and friends.

+ -1 moreI would never use Chem Dry again. They absolutely did the worst job I have ever seen. I could have cleaned it better myself. They did not clean the edges of the carpet. They left them dusty and dirty.
