ADAM'S PEST ARREST

Don is always punctual and thorough. He will come back anytime if you find pests (no charge). We have used him for eight years.

I have used Pest Arrest for some time now. Because of various repairs and changes to my home, I have been subjected to an infestation of black widow and hobo spiders, hornets and bats. Don has handled them all easily and promptly. Very personable fellow. He always gets the job done.

His name is Don Adams. I do not see spiders or bugs anywhere in my house or garage ever. He will tell me that if he sprays for spiders and I see spiders he will come anytime within that 3 months and spray again at no charge. He is really, really great to work with. He is a small company and he does it pretty much by himself and that's maybe what I like best about him. I started using him in 1999. He will be back the end of August and then I won't see him until winter is over. He sprays inside and around the perimeter. He's great. I get an older price because I've been with him for so long and he never raises the price on me. He rewards me by not raising the price since I have been with him for over 10 years.

About as bad as bad can be. Showed up poorly prepared, despite our accurate description of the problem. (No ladder...no chimney caps) After two hours, claimed to have driven off the mother and trapped two young. Said it was over. An hour later we heard scurrying in the chimney. He returned. After another hour, removed a third young one. Said it was over. Two days later we heard the scurrying again. He returned...and two hours later removed a fourth young one. Each time he said his equipment was not working properly, and that he could not see the raccoons and had to "feel" for them. He is a nice man...very genial...and Lord knows he worked himself to death on the job. But six weeks later we were over-powered by a horrible smell. Called a different Sweep, who showed up with first-rate video equipment that illuminated and displayed the entire chimney in an instant. He found another raccoon and removed it in less than 15 minutes.

Excellent. I have used his services for a couple of years now and really like him. I recommended him to my mom as well. She said she loves his work too. He even does wasps!

He missed the 2 hour appointment window the first day and I had other commitments so we rescheduled the appointment. He was 45 minutes late on the second appointment. He arrived in an unmarked truck, which I appreciated, and was very apologetic for being late. He was clean and friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He said most of the work they do is spraying for spiders. I had seen only 2 spiders in our downstairs area, but since we had our daughter, her husband, and their two very young sons coming to stay, I didn't want spiders down there with them. It took him about an hour and 15 minutes to complete the work, but he was chatting with me the whole time, which may have slowed him down. I called this company because their ad said they were "Insured, Licensed, and Experienced", they take credit cards, give senior discounts, guarantee their work for 3 months, and they were considerably less than the national chains (who required a one year contract). I got money off for "lateness".
