action garage doors and service

This was a very bad experience and this ACTION GARAGE DOORS AND SERVICE should not be in business. The staff are sometimes rude and they pressure you into buying, which is what they did to me. You can also read other reviews on YELP, which basically state that the staff are rude, their products are overpriced, they pressure you into buying and you really don't trust them in that you really even need new doors. One staff member from ACTION GARAGE DOORS AND SERVICE came out the first time and stated the doors did not need to be fixed. He even broke one of the springs to prove his point and then fixed it. How arrogant! The second time his dad (Ken, the owner) came out and stated right away that the door could not be fixed and that I needed new doors. When I called him the next morning to hold off on my order because I wanted to get other bids, he told me that I could not do that. Well, the law states that you have 3 days to cancel any contract and he would not let me out of the contract. That was a red flag. One of his staff broke an antique chair I had in the garage (out of the way) and that person did not even tell me about the damage. When I confronted the owner, Ken stated that he would pay for the repairs and that "I am good for my word." Ken also stated that he would reimburse me for the original $60 service fee the first time, but Ken has not returned my phone calls and has not sent me a check like he promised. ACTION GARAGE DOORS AND SERVICE only care about themselves and could give a crap about their customers. Please do not use this company, you will regret it like I have.
