The technician was very courteous, explained what he was seeing and hearing, performed the work in an efficient way, and left a sticker by the door opener with an offer to return yearly at no cost to inspect the door and make sure it was in good working order.

The door I was having serviced is very old and was not working. I purchased this service fully expecting to be told to burn the door. Paul did not recommend demolition, and he instead spent an exceptional amount of time working on the door, paying attention to and fixing small details and restoring it to better condition than in the14 years I've been in the house. A&B Overhead did far more than tune-up my door; they extended its life. While we now won't need a new door for a while now due to the excellent work performed, we have already chosen our future door from A&B Overhead & they will be our garage door people from here on out. Couldn't be happier and this was a GREAT VALUE!!! Thank you!

I took advantage of a discount coupon for A & B Overhead doors to do a tune-up and lubrication of my garage door. My technician (Brian) was on time, professional, and took extra time to educate me about the door workings as well as the opener. He noted, without pressure, that my bottom seal was "worn" (a polite assessment as it was starting to shred) and gave me a bid to replace it. I felt the bid was fair and scheduled them to replace it. Again, they were on time, professional, replaced the seal with a higher quality unit. I was very pleased with their service and price. Note that this company recently moved from Texas; their phone number as of now is still in the 817 area code. I would definitely use them again.

WARNING! If you hire A&B Overhead to replace the torsion springs on your garage door make sure you have plenty of money in the bank! I was in a hurry to get my door serviced and committed the cardinal sin of hiring a company based on a pretty website with a BBB logo instead of doing my homework. It wasn?t until after the service was done, and I did some research, did I realize I had paid TWICE as much as what other companies charge for the same repairs. Not only did they charge me two separate labor fees (one for ?labor installation of springs? $70.00 and one for ?Full Door and Operator Service? $89.00) they had also charged me 113.00 per spring, and all you have to do is go to online to find out that the springs they used to replace mine only cost about $30.00 each! And when I asked the owner of the company, Robert Corder, why the charges were so much higher than that of his competitors he basically said I had no right comparing him to other garage door repair companies and that he ?stands by his invoice?. Wow, I guess you?re right Robert, I can?t compare you to other companies in the industry. You?re in a league of your own! Overall Experience - D Price - F Charged twice as much compared to other competitor quotes I received a few days later. Quality ? C Stepped in big blob of grease that had fallen from the garage door opener rail where they had lubed it. Responsiveness ? D Had to wait over a week to receive an e-mailed copy of the itemized invoice. Punctuality ? D Had a service window set between 7-9pm, they called to say they were caught in traffic and didn?t arrive until almost 10pm. Professionalism ? D When they were done the technicians asked if they could come into my house to wash their extremely greasy hands in my kitchen sink. I was not about to let 2 strangers into my house at almost 11:00pm with my wife kids and inside. I thought this was extremely unprofessional.

The tech was professional and was very picky in how he performed his job from start to finish. He spent a good three hours working on it to make sure everything was installed properly and working correctly. It was extremely hot that day and the heat didn't hamper his work or attitude. The opener works great and we would definitely call on A & B Overhead again in the future.

After the initial phone call, they were just really helpful and nice. They got out here the same day, and their prices were comparable to the prices of the other people I had called. They were very responsive, and they came within the time frame I gave them. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work. They were very professional, and their uniform, their vehicle, everything was great.

Very pleased with quick response from first inquiry. They where very good about keeping us updated as to order expected delivery,or when they would be arriving that day. They went above and beyond to price match garage trim seal and install without additional cost to us. I was happy the door installation included all the hardware, rails, even took the old doors away. It was impressive they work every day, and where happy to answer any questions. Great job .
