bathtub refinishing
+ -1 moreThey repainted an entire floor of my newly purchased house. The quality of the painting itself is good, and it was a complex job, with lots of trim and six different wall colors. They also protected our wood floors well. However, they took longer than promised, so I had to reschedule Comcast install, carpet cleaning, and house cleaning, each of which had a domino effect. For instance, I had to buy six big fans and babysit the carpet to get it dry in time for the movers, because of the carpet cleaning schedule change made necessary by the painting not being done when promised. Also, they did not repair damage to plasterboard done doing prep, despite promising twice to do so. I'm also having to remove the tape they put over ceiling light can fixtures to protect the sockets. So in summary, I would use 360 again but only if my schedule allows them to take twice as long as they promise and make sure they do full cleanup afterward.
