Our A/C unit started acting erratically over the weekend, so I called a previously used contractor and asked for an HVAC contractor that they would recommend. They gave me the name of Top Gun Air Systems, and gave me the phone number for the boss, Glen Murphy. Mr. Murphy answered right away, heard my problem, and said he would call his service technician and have the man call us as soon as possible; that the tech would probably be able to get to us that afternoon. Within less than an hour, Tristan, the service technician, called, to say he was awaiting parts to complete another job, so had a little free time; could he come over and look at out system now? He arrived within five minutes, looked at the entire system, checked every possible thing he could, added freon and changed the batteries in the thermostat in about an hour. Tristan was very professional, clean, tidy, quick, thorough, knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Tristan also called back later that afternoon to check that our system was continuing to operate properly; a follow up call! I would recommend using the services of Top Gun Air Systems to anyone; was very pleased with their service and will use them again.
