The Yard Dr.

Josh Cooper came out to my home and I showed him the back yard where I need the work done. I explained everything that I needed done with the paver pad and drip lines as first priority. We talked it over and he seemed to understand all my needs. I gave him my E-mail address and he had my phone number as well to reply back to me with his quote and any other questions. He took some measurements and left. I have not heard back from him yet; no E-mail, no phone call, no quote, nothing! It has been over a week now so he's had plenty of time to let me know if he's interested in the job or not. When he was here I told him I would like the work done sooner rather than later. Can't wait forever!

First of all, finding The Yard Dr was no mean feat, the database in Angie's List for the St. George UT area is not very large, and very few of the business listed in St George will come to Hurricane, UT in our experience so far. I found him by calling a recommended Angie's List landscape company who gave me the number of the local irrigation company who gave me Josh's phone number. Once found, Josh very quickly showed up, identified basic problems with the existing sprinkler system and resolved them promptly. Because this is our second home, and we aren't there full time, he had to do some follow up work when we were not there, and called every time he was at the site and what he was doing. In ensuing weeks we discovered other problems and called Josh, and he promptly came and fixed. And he stands behind his work, a few repairs that needed further adjustment were quickly done at no additional charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use Josh's services in the future, in fact I already have talked to him about some landscaping work in the coming months.
