We had looked at Keller Williams Realty St George / Hurricane Utah property listings while still in Oklahoma, after which, we were contacted by Dustin Staeffler, Keller Williams Realty, upon arriving in the St George / Hurricane Utah area Dustin met with us to hear what our needs were and what we were looking for in a house. We had a number of meetings with Dustin, Dustin was extremely helpful finding properties to check out. After looking for months and not finding a house that suited us or was not in an area we liked, Dustin suggested we may want to build a house. Dustin introduced us to a couple of builders, we decided on Ironman Construction and started looking for the right lot to build on. Dustin put together meetings with us and the builder to go over our requirements, and the builders plans, so that everybody was satisfied and the home construction could move forward. Dustin found a number of lots that we checked out, we finally decided on a lot in Hurricane Utah, after that the construction loan was secured and the building was started. Dustin stayed in contact with us through-out the construction process to make sure things were going as planed, that we were happy with the progression and the completed home. If we were to go house hunting again, we would use Dustin Staeffler and Keller Williams as they will work for their clients. Thanks
