Southwest Exterminator

I had a termite warranty through SW Exterminating and made an appt when they notified me to renew. But Eric was a no show. I called and left a voice message, no return. I tried email, no reply. And, that's a repeat of their call in 2022 when they later agreed to renew it. A shady business. They negated a contract.

The worker that comes to our house from Southwest Exterminator is so funny. If he finds a rare bug, he gets very excited and shows it to you and everything. We've been using them for about eight years.

We love this company. They have been a part of our home maintenace program for over 2 years. We just recently moved so they came out and sparyed the inside and outside of our new home before any of the furniture was in. They also went and did a termite inspection for us for our loan we were doing. I know that when they do an inspection it is complete. They gave us several pages of findings and how to be proactive on not having little critters in our new home. Not only have we been with them for awhile but my parents have also and we are so glad we found this family owned business. We wanted to share this with anyone looking for that personal touch.

We just recently moved back to the St George area and into a new rental house. We had lived in St George back in 2011 and used Southwest Exterminators then and were very pleased with the service. So one of the first things I did when we moved into the new rental house was call and schedule our initial service. The house had a huge wasp problem when we moved into it and I wanted it dealt with. I called on Wednesday and Deanne was able to get us scheduled for the next day at 12:30pm. Eric arrived promptly at 12:30pm. I talked to him about the wasp problem and he immediately went to work. He found several wasp nest around the property and took care of them. Erick serviced our prior rental house back in 2011 and did a wonderful job so there was no question who we would use when we decided to return to St George. He is extremely helpful and has very good advise. We will continue to use Southwest Exterminators as long as we are living in the St George/Washington area. I would highly recommend Southwest Exterminators to anyone.
