 + -1 moreThey came out and evaluated our entire home. After they were finished the salesman sat down with my wife and I and went over the entire system and gave us his recommendations. We decided to follow those recommendations and it has saved us a ton of money ever month and we have refered a lot of our friends.
Description of Work: They installed a state of the art Carrier Hybrid system. They removed all of our old stuff and then replaced with the most up to date system available. We also received about $3,500 in rebates. I have used a number of different companies over the life of my homes and this company was by far the cleanest, friendliest, and knowledgeable I've ever seen.

Description of Work: Installation of state of the art hybrid Carrier system of a/c and furnaces. Did not work and overheated and had to call numerous time. Not responsive. Finally got expert to evaluated and found they had installed thermostats incorrectly and they were both heating and a/c at the same time and temps soared and the utilitiy bills were outrageous. I hired Davis Air Tech to remedy the faulty installation and install new thermos. Working well now and going to sue Southwest and Carrier if necessary.
