+ -1 moreThe heater's in the attic. He found some leaks. He gave us one price. But then things went easier than he thought and he knocked 15% off the price! He was honest and fair. I had my brother take a look and he said he good job.

+ -1 moreOne of our 3 units on our office building lost its air and the thermostat wouldn't work. Called in late morning; Snow Canyon came out early afternoon. Found a belt ripped to shreds on our unit, replaced the belt. Opened a damper in one of the offices. They also checked out the other units to see how those belts were doing. They were on premises for an hour and took care of our problem.
Description of Work: Replaced belt on air conditioning fan. Closed damper. Checked out three units for maintenance.

+ -1 moreDid arrive on time. Did go right to work Did work with my time frame. Told me exactly what they did. Asked me if I had any concerns
Description of Work: Inspected the A/C unit, checked the freon, changed the Air filter, checked the Heating unit. Cleaned the units of all dust and dirt particles. Made sure that the thermostat worked. This is paid on an annual visit. Winter time they come in and do the same thing but for the Heating Unit to make sure all is operating properly. No cost if anything goes wrong during the year except for parts.
