Description of Work: We used Skywire for telephone, email and internet services. During the 2 years we were with them we had multiple occasions when one or all of the services were down. The down time typically lasted 1-2 days. We were never notified in advance that a system might be down or when it might be back on line. Emails and phone calls to Skywire for service maintenance received no response other than "the technician has been notified and he will contact you." We cancelled the service after we had gone 5 days without email and no response to repeated telephone calls.

 + -1 moreOnce purchasing our home in St. George we were looking for an internet provider. Skywire (Rick Twitchell) was suggested to us by someone we knew locally. Rick actually helped us set up the internet and our DirecTV service. Initially things did not go very smoothly. The DirecTV service was not to be installed on the day promised, and the internet serviced was also not to be installed on the date we had set up. I was not happy about any of this. I only had a week to get things accomplished and this was throwing my schedule WAY off. Once things were installed things have been good. I do enjoy our internet service. Our signal is very strong. I have a wireless router hooked up and we get good connection throughout the house. Lately we seem to lose signal once or twice a day for some reason even though it shows we are connected. I will probably give them a call. I haven't spoken with about service since it was installed. I have spoken with people in the office about billing. Anyone I have spoken with has always been very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Skywire for internet service.
